Short version: Dr. Lamb asked me some questions ( I am a very experienced chiropractic patient) and adjusted me well. He knows what he's doing, knows many styles and techniques, and charged me a fair price. His office is a bit tricky to find - go in the glass doors to the right of Chik-Fil-A, and take an elevator to the 5th floor. Long version: I got off my plane in London stiff and sore. I was flying to NYC the next day, and home was still a week away. I needed an adjustment bad. I used Yelp to choose Dr. Lamb. I emailed him and he got right back to me, with an appointment less than 24 hours after arriving, at a fair price. Highly recommended! read more

Walked into Adam Lamb's quirky, stuffed animal lamb-filled office with debilitating back pain that worsened with every sneeze during the peak of pollen season, and walked out on my way to a recovery that happened so much more quickly than I had foreseen when I was pretty much crying from the pain just earlier that morning. Like so many others during the pandemic, a combination of sitting hunched over a computer for hours on end and not walking around very much had caused an inflamed disc in my back that I then exacerbated during a workout, and the pain was something like I had never experienced before. I had been seeing another chiropractor for twice a week adjustments for months, but the pain came roaring back. Adam kept it completely real with me-- that I had likely caused permanent damage to my disc, but that it didn't mean I had to make any permanent changes to the things I enjoyed doing, like my daily HIIT/pilates routine. He explained exactly what would cause additional pressure to my spine and suggested ways to counter that pressure everyday, particularly after my workouts. I've adapted these stretches and exercises into my routine and it's been several months without back pain for me. I also incorporated turmeric supplements and magnesium into my daily vitamins on his recommendation and I feel that it's made a huge difference for me as well. Dr. Lamb is also incredibly personable, and kept it light and goofy while he adjusted me and also laid me on this wild contraption he had in his office called an inverter, which flipped me upside down and lightened the weight that my spine was experiencing from daily weight lifting. We chatted about being New York natives and where to get the best dim sum in the city. Dr Lamb is amazing at what he does and an absolute joy to work with. Don't hesitate to see him for your back ailments, he will fix ya right up. read more

Excellent chiropractor from a human and professional point of view. I would recommend without any hesitation

Dr. Lamb has proven to be nothing short of extraordinary in treating my frozen shoulder condition. After waiting six weeks just to get an appointment with my Sports Medicine Doctor at NYU - only to walk away with pain meds, a cortisone shot, and physical therapy that produced minimal results - I found Dr. Lamb. In the same amount of time it took just to see that first doctor, Dr. Lamb achieved what feels like a miracle: an 80% overall improvement and 95% reduction in pain, allowing me to finally sleep without discomfort. For a condition that typically takes over a year to heal, these results are remarkable - and his affordable rates make him even more exceptional. Dr. Lamb is a true treasure, and I couldn't be more grateful to have found him. read more

After coping with occasional back pain, which later reached a more intense degree, I felt it was time to seek an expert opinion. I dreaded the grueling search for a chiropractor after my insurance provider gave me no leads while struggling to keep my fears of pain or paralysis at bay. Thankfully, a referral from a trusted source expedited the entire process. I hoped to find a practitioner in Brooklyn but journeyed uptown for advice and much-needed relief. I was already impressed by his hands-on approach -- friendly demeanor, answering his own office phone, scheduling my appointment, and flexible payment. Dr. Adam Lamb did not disappoint when we finally met in person. Upon arrival, he was very welcoming which would put anyone at ease. He explained every step and was great with my son who was not even a patient. I never knew that you do not have to wait until adulthood to regularly see a chiropractor, but it is actually recommended to start during childhood. It does make sense when you think about puberty and the changes that your body undergoes during adolescence. Wow! From the assessment to the adjustments of my neck and spine, my first appointment was incredible. I felt amazing! We had a casual conversation about my medical history (aches and pains), the intake forms were not overwhelming, and you could just feel right at home with his laidback personality and relaxed workspace. It is so relieving to hear a doctor put patient care first rather than prescribing costly, excessive treatments that make preventative care inaccessible to most. Thank you Dr. Lamb for the phenomenal inaugural experience, already raving about it to my colleagues who have never seen a chiropractor. read more

What an attentive and thoughtful team. I would recommend to anyone looking to address the root causes of their physical pain.

Adam was absolutely amazing. He asked me all the right questions about why I was here and what my profession was. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and even tried some laser therapy to help me out. He told me what I should eat for reducing inflammation and some vitamins to take. At the end, he showed me stretches to do at the end of my shift to help with pain. 11/10 recommend and I'll be back shortly. read more

I was in town for a cruise and had pulled my back. I called three different places who said it would be $250-350 and they couldn't get me in until the next day. Dr lamb got me in within an HOUR! Over the phone I was told it was $100 for first time visit (when I was paying he told receptionist to give me the regular price instead of the newbie price. That seemed odd unless he raised his prices for newbies and didn't tell her) He cracked literally everything on my body from fingers to elbows to shoulders to back/hips to ears (because I told him I experience vertigo from time to time). He was really refreshing to talk to and friendly. The office is small and the entrance is tricky to find. They are doing construction at street level so you have to walk through that (door is beside chick-fil-a) and go up elevator. Seems like a sketchy place but it's legit. He's good-You won't regret going there. He has a lot of "regulars" it seems so that's a good sign. read more

Cool dude, didn't try to force me to come to another appointment. Gave me free magnesium supplements to eat while I was there because I was in crazy muscle neck pain. Adjusted my spine and neck, so satisfying. The massage dude is very good too. I think I gave him a hard time because I hadn't gotten a massage in years so I was mad stiff. I'm getting old because I may need to make adjustments a monthly thing... my neck feels so out of wack but I know Lamb will fix it up read more

My friend recommended Adam Lamb because I was suffering from ongoing back pains. I must say this man is great! Professional, knowable. I feel brand new after each session. read more

My husband and I have been going to Dr Lamb for ummm I don't even remember it's been that long. Great service! Your body feels like jello after a session. Dr Lamb treats his patients with respect and always gives advice on how to make your body feel better with at home tips. read more

What an incredibly warm and educational experience. This was my first visit to a Chiropractor and I'm glad I was recommended Lamb Chiropractic. After weeks of neck pain my coworker overheard me in agony and the rest is history. Can't wait to go back next week and add this to my regular selfcare regimen. Thank you Mr. Lamb and team for not only some helpful tips but for adding a less painful pep to my steps. read more

Feeling crooked? Jacked up? Neck or back thrown off by the pace of NYC? Adam Lamb will set you straight. See what I did there? Seriously, I'm picky about who gets to mess around with my janky neck, but Dr. Lamb is the real deal. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about his patients. Now straighten up and fly right. Just don't take my appointment! read more

Loved Dr. Lamb! He came highly recommended by my old chiropractor in San Diego and I couldn't be more pleased with him. Purchased the Yelp deal (a total steal!) and had an adjustment, shiatsu massage and consultation from Dr. Lamb. I felt better the moment I was adjusted! Will definitely make this my wellness spot in the city. Thanks Dr. Lamb! read more

Dr. Lamb is legitimately phenomenal. Cares deeply about his patients, actually takes time to understand their individual ailments and tailor treatments accordingly, and gives highly effective adjustments without being forceful or painful. A true healer. read more

I recently came in with lower back pain after tweaking my back at work. I was barely able to walk correctly due to the pain before coming in. I got a shiatsu massage from Abe-san that helped, and afterwards I got an alignment from Dr. Lamb. I didn't know what to expect as this was time visiting a chiropractor but Dr. Lamb explained everything he was going to do beforehand. I've come back for a follow up since then, and my back is a lot better. I definitely recommend Dr. Lamb and will keep coming back. read more

Adam Lamb is a true healer. He has healed my lower back pain years ago and I continue to see him today to maintain my wellness. I have recommended him to my friends and family over the years and everyone has had a more than positive experience with him. He is a supportive, open and generous chiropractor who has been available to me in emergency situations as well as for regular visits. His peaceful office has a community feel and he is always equipped to offer additional tips or resources that he believes can help his clients. I can't recommend Adam Lamb enough. I've never met a chiropractor like Adam before in my entire life! He has gone above and beyond to help me. He literally adjusted every bone in my body and truly exceeded my wildest imagination! He even adjusted my face because my face is a bit asymmetrical, which has really helped my confidence. I cannot say enough good things about Adam. He is truly passionate about his work and it's reflected in how he treats every single one of his patients. I thank God I found Adam!!!!!!!! read more

Lamb Chiropractic came to my by way of a recommendation from my old chiropractor in San Diego, and it didn't disappoint. It was exactly what I needed in a chiropractor. I suffer from a sciatica issue, and when the pain gets a little too much to bear, a quick lower body adjustment is usually just the thing to get me back on track. I'm not much into frills when it comes to procedures like these, and you won't find many here. It's a tiny, laid back studio that doesn't so much try to wow you with their Pinterest approved decor, but with their efficient operation. You'll be in and out and feeling better in the span of 10 minutes. Dr. Lamb is also a comfortable guy to be around. Not stuffy at all, and you'll feel relaxed sharing what ails you. All in all, a pleasant experience that I'll surely surely revisit again. read more

I had painful lower back issues. I couldn't walk, stand, sit, or sleep without pain. I visited multiple doctors, and Dr. Lamb was the only one who brought sunshine back. He did one adjustment, and the pain went away. Unlike some doctors, he doesn't pressure for weekly visits. I trust him and continuously go back when I need another adjustment. read more

DR. LAMB IS THE BEST, most caring, informative, compassionate, (and the list goes on and on and on) chiropractor I have ever encountered. I recently had foot surgery and I have not yet returned to purchase the orthopedic pillow Dr. Lamb insisted I try before purchasing. SORRY Dr. Lamb I'm coming back to you soon! I have witnessed Dr. Lamb look information up in books to answer patients questions while we are waiting and hand the book to the patient to read for themselves as well. Dr. Lamb goes to great lengths to answer our questions and ease our fears. He takes his time with every patient to be sure we all get what we need. I've never encountered such a compassionate doctor. You'd think he was caring for his own back--the lengths he goes to for us! I wanted to thank Dr. Lamb publicly for being such an amazing care provider. Thank you for all you've done for me! My neck is so much better since you gave me the green pillow. I will see you soon! Sorry for the delay! read more

What a great group of practitioners and an awesome YELP! deal. For twenty bucks, I got an in-depth discussion about my chiropractic concerns, an overview of Dr. Lamb's methodologies, and a thorough adjustment of all of my aching joints. Oh, and a shiatsu rub down to classical music to round out my experience. It's been five days and I still have no "clicky" sounds when I turn my head--a rarity for me! Since I am currently uninsured, I was thrilled to find out that the regular price for an adjustment and massage is still only 60.00! read more

He actually diagnosed my issue without any x-rays and turns out the ortho said he was right on! Also gave me the best tips that would help. I would continue if he took my insurance but they don't..Although I think he will charge only $40 without insurance. The massage from the Japanese guy was AMAZING. The thing that got me about this place is, although I found it a bit too crowded when I was there - this guy makes everyone happy. It's like his energy and his way of talking to you. It was kind of like a surreal experience for me... Drudging all the way across the concrete jungle in my miserable mood...to leave there feeling completely different and better...was priceless. read more

Wow, wow, wow. I was a bit nervous about needing to find a Chiropractor in NYC, but after my experience at Lamb Chiropractic I'm delighted. The yelp deal worked fantastically. I paid $40 for an evaluation, 20 minute massage and adjustment - great value. I was able to get an appointment the same day that I purchased the coupon and scheduling was a snap over the phone. The office space is small, which results in the waiting room and treatment area being in the same space. For many, this might be awkward, but Dr. Lamb turns this potential minus into a big positive with his warm personality and genuine interest and care in his patients. Evaluation and treatment were quick but not rushed and very competent. He did a comprehensive treatment that not only addressed my specific complaints, but aligned the rest of me as a preventative measure. Some Drs. charge more for additional adjustments, zones, or "leave that for next time: but Dr. Lamb did all he could to set me right. At no point did he high pressure sale or even suggest that I needed to come back for additional adjustments. The Shiatsu massage was nice, and they worked hard to fit me into a tight schedule, which I appreciated. I will not hesitate a moment to return to Lamb Chiropractic and I would recommend it highly to anyone who was considering chiropractic. read more

Dr. Lamb wasn't the first Chiropractor I've been to but I did appreciate his service. I have visited another Chiropractor before and I didn't appreciate his over pushiness very aggressive style, easy boy easy. Anyway I had a Yelp deal for Dr. Lamb which also came with a massage prior to the adjustment, it was firm yet supportive. I will return when I need to. I only go to Chiropractors when I want to, and Dr. Lamb was cool about that idea. The other guy I mentioned was not he wanted to adjust me with some frequency I don't believe this is healthy, go when shit ain't getting better. I had a neck injury, i'm okay, but I thought it would resolve it's self eventually, well it was months and it was still bothering me. Whammo one adjustment and maintaining better posture and I've been good :). Dr. Lamb is daaaaaa man. :) read more

I would give Dr. Lamb's Chiropractic a solid 4.5 stars! Dr. Lamb has to be one of the nicest chiropractors with a great personality in Manhattan and his practice is very conveniently located within a 3-min walk from Grand Central station. I have been treated at his very cozy practice a few times and I walk out always feeling the tension being released after each adjustment! He really puts all his patients at ease and has great communication skills. The best thing is that he charges $40 for each adjustment/visit without insurance and also shows you invaluable exercises to do in your own time to help get his patients on the path to being and feeling better in the long run! There is also a message therapist , Abe-san, that works with Dr. Lamb in the same office. Abe-san does shiatsu massage at reasonable prices(an extra $20 add on for 20mins with an adjustment) and I found the massage pretty good. I guess it's a nice treat before or after an adjustment if you can afford to do so. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lamb for chiropractic treatments and would give it a glowing five stars if he can offer some special packages for multiple visits for patients who wish to come regularly but are on a tight budget! read more

I've been to about five chiropractors total in my life, with results ranging from completely worthless to excellent. I can safely say that Lamb is the best. And what's funny, he's actually the most reasonably priced. More often than not there is no wait, so you go in, he tunes you up, and you're on your way. He knows his techniques, unlike the last practitioner I went to who would lean on me from every direction for nothing and then charge me $60. As others pointed out, he is a very nice guy, although me personally, I couldn't care less if I get cursed out in the office as long as my back feels better afterward. I pay for spinal adjustment, not personality (although obviously friendliness is always a plus). Bottom line, if you need a real chiropractor, he is the dude. read more

By far the best thing I have found on Yelp next to my awesome IKEA guy. I was nervous about finding the right type of Chiro in NYC. Having come from a Holistic "Wellness" Chiro in FL, I had hoped to find a similar practice here. Lo and behold, Dr Lamb.. His office is very centrally located (right across from Grand Central) and has great hours in the evening for 9-5ers like me. He is very friendly, listens and explains with sincerity and is overall very trustworthy. I like his "open room" way of practicing and the fact that you feel like you are family while there. I go every week for a whole body adjustment and 30 min shiatsu massage=Fantastic! I always look forward to going and know I'm in good hands. read more

This guy is the cats keyboard! Straight and simple, one of the best chiropractors I've ever seen. I used the YELP $40 deal and got an amazing 20 minute Shiatsu massage followed by a full adjustment, including some specific post adjustment exercises. At no time did he seem concerned whether or not I would be a returning patient. His focus was primarily on my immediate care. The guy is professional, thorough, caring, patient, and makes you feel as though he wants to treat more than just a quick adjustment. I'd highly recommend him. read more

I could see why this place has good reviews... Mr. Lamb has good energy. But it was a weird and shocking experience for me. Here's why... Mr. Lamb asked if it was my first time and I said yes. Before he start, Lamb notifed me "I may get better or feel nothing or my condition can get worse - and that "he doesn't care". I was shocked to hear the "doesn't care" part, but I continued anyway because I've been wanting to try it for a long time. After my session to him, walking to subway home, i still couldn't get out of my head his comment to me and I wonder why the good reviews on yelp. I kinda knew already though at the back of my head that people in the medical field are just humans doing their job to help what they can... but do they really have to tell me that "they don't care". Hence, this low grade, but on a second thought perhaps I could give him a 2.99 for being honest. read more

I feel superb! I used the $40 Yelp deal - 1hr massage + chiropractic adjustment. The shiatsu massage (by Chie) and the overall atmosphere is really nice/welcoming/relaxing. There are 2 rooms, one is a dimly lit massage room and the other is a larger, blue-walled, lamb-lined* (more info below) chiropractic + miscellaneous room. MASSAGE: Chie has a calming, relaxing energy. Her shiatsu massage includes some reiki. I felt very soothed by her. She was very attentive, even after the massage while Dr. Lamb was readjusting me bones. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR CHIE WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT! CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT: Dr. Lamb has a fun energy which carries over to his fellow patients waiting on the sidelines, whether it be on a chair with massage tools, standing on the vibration machine (to loosen things up) or even getting adjusted by him. He introduced us to one another to make everyone feel comfortable. LAMB-LINED* refers to the many lambs (stuffed animals, figurines, etc) that have been given to him for his awesomeness (and surname). Would return! Also, as TJ R. pointed out in his review, Dr. Lamb is not pushy like some other chiropractors can be. read more

I used the Yelp deal today for a first-time consultation, adjustment and shiatsu. I will be going back! I've been going to chiro regularly since 2008 and have seen a variety of chiropractors with equally varied results. Lamb Chiro stands up with the best of them in my experience. I would recommend Lamb to anyone new to chiro because of the excellent bedside manner and quality work. And, since I'm more of a "regular," I'd recommend Lamb to anyone new to NY looking for a good Chiro. I know how hard it can be to find one. Other reviewers have complained about the small office. It is small, but I wasn't bothered by it at all. The office has a great vibe and the staff is friendly. read more

I had been to two other chiropractors before finding Dr. Adam Lamb. Search is ovah! I am very happy with the initial meeting. Dr. Lamb has a very reassuring and comfortable demeanor. After my "intake" paperwork was filled out (minimal - 2 mins tops!), he suggested that I first take my 20 mins Shiatsu massage with Ryo Abe, since he was available and expected it to get much busier later in the afternoon. Dr. Lamb checked to make sure I was experienced and knew what to expect. Yep, 30 yrs of every kind of massage you can imagine. Let me tell you, I want to see Ryo Abe for a full hour! Yes, please! He was more in tune with my pressure points and more deliberate than other Shiatsu I have had before, checking to make sure I could take it. I could! Then Dr. Lamb and I had a nice long chat. I could tell this was a professional who was knowledgeable and caring. He proceeded to snap, crackle and pop me in ways and places ... I never knew it could be so good! Needless to say, I will be seeing Dr. Lamb (and Ryo Abe) again and again. read more

my first chiro experience... I love it. Doctor Lamb is very friendly, patient and professional. he explained my treatment in detail and I like his personality. I felt better after the adjustment and it was cool to try his inverter machine. hanging upside down feels good lol. I don't mind the open waiting area since it's interesting to learn more from watching him treat others. My back feels better after the adjustment. I also loved the shiatsu massage from Ryo Abe. I felt very relaxed and refreshed and my back pain went away. his massage hit all my pressure points and he got rid of my knots too. very warm and comfortable atmosphere and I'm looking forward to my next visit. the sound of cracking gets me excited since I love the results. read more

I (heart) Lamb Chiro :) I've been to a chiro once my whole life. It turned me off so much that was my first and last! lol Dr. Lamb is the most gentle and sweet Chiropractor I've been to. He is not pushy, doesn't try to sell you anything. He genuinely cares for his patients. Most Dr. office I go to is so stuffy and depressing but Lamb Chiro has cute little lambs from all around the world with bowls of kisses chocolate I cannot stop eating... I'll probably leave with better back and more cavities. Most of all, Dr. Lamb is honest. He is definitely a man of character and it's really rare these days in any kind of Medical or wellness field. Oh did I mention he is patient and will answer all your questions with a smile? Today was my 2nd session. So far so good. I am very critical so for me to say all this without getting paid means alot. read more

Got the deal for the hubby who has chronic neck pain. He said the guy was absolutely legit. Did not try to upsell him or get him to commit to coming back or anything. The massage and alignment were enjoyable. However he did not leave feeling a whole lot better. Probably will not return. I think it is a great deal for most people though. read more

I came to Dr. Lamb with a groupon and WOW was it a steal! Firstly, the shiatsu massage I received was AMAZING!! The massage room is very peaceful-it smells good, has relaxing music playing in the background, and has beautiful origami swans on the walls! The lady who massaged me was strong (In a very good way!) and she when I was finished, I felt perfectly ready for the chiropractic portion. Dr. Lamb was fantastic. He's really friendly and GOOD. I told him to please crack whatever he could, and he went to town! I went in because I had really bad neck tension and I felt like a new woman when I walked out. (And it felt even BETTER the next day!) I also liked that he didn't pressure me to come back. (Even though I will!) His regulars that were seated in the waiting area of the room were proof enough that he's worth coming back to. read more

I found Lamb Chiro through their Groupon deal, and am so glad I did! It is really difficult to find a good chiro, but Dr. Lamb is great. Other chiros I have been to have been super pushy which I hate, but Dr. Lamb is very chill and super friendly! And of course his adjustments are great. I came in with a really bad neck/shoulder ache but after the first session it felt right back to normal, and the second session cleared up any remaining achiness. He also showed me some stretches to do for my neck. He does chat with you and others in the waiting room during adjustment sessions but I didn't mind that at all, it's nice and relaxing! read more

Some Chiropractors does multiple attempts and still fail. If you have back problems, it definitely worths to check out! read more
