So first, when I walked in the ladies at the front are not the most welcoming and kind of had a snide look on their face. Then after a "consultation" they booked me for my wedding day with no practice session? You pay so much to have a beautiful wedding and just want to look and feel your best I think it should be important to this business to make sure their clients get EXACTLY what they want & have it nailed down prior to the big day. Then two months before my wedding they call me to let me know that the makeup artist I booked is canceling our session because she will not be there (which is fine things come up) but they end the call with "Soooo do you have a backup plan or?" I'm sorry? Aren't you supposed to be offering me a "backup plan"? Guess not. Anyways, I've heard great reviews about this business and I just wasn't the lucky one that got a great experience dealing with them.
