Great hair cut and excellent personal care! I'll keep going back!! The care was great as well as the cut, which holds its shape !

Hair stylist Chad was great. I have had different stylist and all have been very good. Would definitely recommend Blonbe on Broad.

This place deserves 0 stars. Basic mani & pedi was $70! It took the person 1 hr 40 min (no toenail polish). Then I had to file two tie nails when I got home. I used to live in Knoxville TN & the most posh spa in town does not charge $70 for the same service. Also had a haircut on a different day. She needs training. Has no idea what an inch of hair is (she took off about 3"). The layers were not blended & she did not dried my hair to about 60% dry. I offered to blow dry it myself a few times but she ignored me. Horrible haircut. Inquired about color & highlight prices- they start at $115! If I'm paying that then I'm driving to my salon in K-town for the same price where I know that my color will be perfect. My opinion they are trying to like an ATL salon and they clearly do not have the post cosmo school training to pull it off. I will never go back. read more

Don't bother. Complete waste of time. Apparently requires two appointments just to get your hair done, in which I was NEVER told I wouldn't be getting my hair done that day. Barely made it in the door and won't ever be back. Twenty minutes to the salon, 15 minutes looking for parking. COMPLETE a waste of time. Advice:: make it clear to the customer what you are booking them for. I booked an appointment for my hair to be done, not for someone to spend 2 minutes looking at it and then say 'So, when would you like to come back in to get it done?" Funny. What exactly did you think I was coming in for today?? And any OTHER salon I've been to, a consultation is talking to the customer before you ACTUALLY start to do their hair. Not a whole other appointment for 2 mins to schedule your actual appointment. Not everyone has time to waste and definitely don't need your business to waste it for them. read more

Won't go back to Blond on Broad. Sounds like client, Angela M. and Kasey P. below had the same stylist as me. Was there before Christmas holiday and traveling. Worst hair cut I've had in years! Spent 4 hours and $200 at this salon! My stylist was slow, took cigarette breaks in between working on my hair (could smell the smoke), gossiped about another stylist/receptionist during my visit to another employee, and my hair was cut too short with choppy, uneven layers. My husband and family all agreed, too, worst cut I've had in 20+ years. read more

Emma was amazing!!!! Took great care of my husband and I. She really listens to what you want. I'm very glad to have found her. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Marietta to get my hair cut. I walked into this salon nervous and a little embarrassed with how damaged and messed up my hair was. Emily made me feel very welcomed with her bubbly personality and positive attitude and completely transformed my hair. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. I have sooooo much more confidence with my hair now and definitely will be coming back to this location for future needs. I never write bad reviews but I think in this case is warranted. My stylist was Kennedy. The one positive I will say is when she shampooed my hair she really took her time, felt amazing. Other than that portion of the experience Im very disappointed. First off she isn't very friendly but I'm not paying for friendly , I just want a great hair cut which I didn't get. I showed her a shoulder length hair style with feathers soft layers , my hair was about 3 inches past my shoulder before the cut with light layers. The hair cut I got is to my chin with choppy , chunky layers. The length is shockingly way shorter than I had asked for. She clearly wasn't paying attention to my request, now I have to wait 6 months for my hair to grow back and be embarrassed the whole time. I have a job where I have to have my hair pulled back and it's so short it won't go back in a ponytail, so more work for me. The stylist could tell I didn't like the cut and asked if she could fix it for me before I left, well you can't add 3 inches back so I went to pay for my cut, the receptionist asked me what I thought of my hair, I said, almost in tears, I didn't like it. She got the owner for me to speak with after I paid for my hair cut. At the time I wanted to pay for the service regardless. The owner agreed that the cut was much to short but wasn't sure what to do to fix the issue besides a refund. The money isn't the issue, the issue is I hate my hair because the stylist couldn't take the time to look at my request before she chopped my hair off. I told the owner wasn't happy but I would take a few hair products for free which she obliged. I didn't want product but what what could I do? Nothing, I hate my hair and I'm stuck with it. After heading home I tried fixing my hair with a new style , nothing helped. I called the manager again saying I would like a refund , and will return the product and would like to be done with the shop. She wouldn't give me a refund but offered I come back in to "fix" my hair. I don't want to come back in to have my hair "fix" because she can't add 3 inches back to my hair. I just wanted a refund at that point but couldn't get it. The only thing I'm left with is writing a review warning others so they don't have the same experience I had. The cut was not at all what I wanted. I even brought several pictures and discussed what I did and did not want. When the stylist asked, "Were you the one who said you wanted bangs?," I should have run. Silly me. My layers were uneven, one side is longer than the other, and there's no way I can leave the house without styling to hide the botched layers. Going to someone else to have it fixed, which makes me nervous because the BoB stylist already cut it shorter than we discussed. Won't ever go back. read more

They literally cancelled my appointment on me at the time my appointment was scheduled for. It was scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance and I took the day off of work for this appointment. If there was concern of a possible sick stylist the appointment should have been re-scheduled much further in advance. read more

I hadn't had the chance to get my hair done (highlights and root touch-up) before I left NYC for a wedding in GA. I found Blonde on Broad online and it was close to our hotel. A little nerve-wracking to get your hair done somewhere unfamiliar but Maegan couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional. She listened to what I needed done and the results were fantastic! I got compliments from several friends at the wedding and from coworkers now that I'm back in NY. She definitely knows what she's doing and I'm a little bummed I can't go to her regularly. She also styled my hair for the wedding, came out just as nice! Highly recommend Maegan if you're a Rome resident or find yourself there. Beautiful, clean salon that offers other spa services as well. read more

Based upon the only Yelp review I saw, I scheduled a last minute appointment with Megan and I could not have been more pleased. I came in with a few pictures and she took her time and listened to what my ideas were for my haircut which never happens when I go into most salons. She did exactly what I requested...I could not have been more pleased with my cut. Everyone at Blonde was cordial and happy to help me as soon as I walked into the door. Blonde on Broad is the perfect place to go if you need some pampering. I've used Drusilla Zuniga as my stylist for years and wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair. She is always helpful and gives great ideas and suggestions for my styling choices. I leave feeling beautiful and still admire my own hair weeks later. Everyone at Blonde on Broad is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable while waiting or shopping in their products section. Wonderful facility and wonderful staff. Give Drusilla a call.
