The stylist clearly does not know how to cut bangs and how to communicate with her clients. So your going to start cutting my hair and then asked if I wanted it washed? Here is a thought, why not take more then 2 seconds to ask what the client wants and not only ask how much are we taking off today? Also, the staff needs to learn how to dress more professionally and not look like they just rolled out of bed. And its 2019... who the hell doesnt take debit cards and is cash only... no signs in your windows that say cash only and no were on your facebook page does it communicate that.
