They have shawls and fluffy vests to pair nicely with what you're wearing. They also have a small jewelry section, but their earrings can pretty much match with anything there. Beware the glitter dresses though, because they shed like crazy, even after using hairspray. Those only last me a couple wears because they leave a glitter trail on everything and then the dress gets like a bald spot. Hah.

The woman was pregnant she made no acknowledgment of me, she put the merch in a box not giving me a bag and shoved the box toward me no thank you, come back and see us nothing. I walked out thought about how rude she was to and wish that I had declined the merchandise. I could tell I was not welcome there and every time I see the commercial I have a bad feeling. I love specialty shops but that one shop I will never shop in again. I felt discriminated against and it didn't matter whether I could afford it or not. I have experienced such negativity from a merchant in some time.

Never enough clerks, and the ones I've run into are over-extended, unprofessional, and rude. I miss the old Marshall Field's tradition of wonderful service provided by well-trained, cheerful, and always helpful staff that had worked at the store for many years. So very sad. Leave it to Macy's to swallow up yet another great old retail icon. I won't bother with this store again when Bergner's is in the same Mall!!

I had heard that Ross had some good deals, like another discount and markdown department store in the area. They haven't been open too long and you could tell they were still working out some of the kinks. The store was a little bit disheveled. The men's jeans are on a rack next to the luggage section. Luggage was spilled over into the aisle blocking the way. Clothes were mixed in to different areas like someone picked up a large shirt and decided they didn't want and placed it in the small section. I believe that all of that is a result of the clientele and not the staff. When we were there they had staff going through the aisles trying to straighten, it's just hard. The store is organized into its various departments. It's not as well marked as other stores, but if you pay attention to the signs you can find what you are looking for and sizes rather easily. The dressing rooms where clean and the attendant was extremely helpful. They were a little slow in the checkout aisle. We stood there in a line for a long time while two staffers and a security guy where sorting clothes that either people decided not to buy or they found in the wrong areas. After about 10 minutes they opened up a second register. The prices were right. If the tags with the suggested retail price are correct, I bought a pair of jeans for $20.00 that normally cost $60.00. If you are looking to buy some designer clothes and are on a budget, it doesn't hurt to check them out. Also if they don't have something one day, come back later in the week, they get new shipments in all the time.

love love love So i…read moream "plus"sized women although id like to consider myself sexy and curvy im a size 14/16..lol..now i go into the store and right away greeted by friendly ladies who ask my name,what im looking for and can they check back with me. i can look around and they will start taking my items and starting a room (no limit on item to try on at once) and they of course offer me a lane bryant card(already have one) when im ready to go into my room they let me in and while im in my room they check on me ie..grab new sizes,take all my no's, grab me new items and they are so honest if i look bad they let me know. i can get a whole outfit from there from panties to shoes and look fabulous and not like a 90 yr old drape like some plus size retailers think i should look. when i check out the ladies are still ever so friendly. love it will always shop there
