I asked for some follow-up information via phone on a different product and received it quickly. I'd be willing to try Rubin's again, but perhaps at the downtown Madison store next time.

I had a hard time deciding exactly what to select, but after perusing the inventory, I made up my mind. The salespeople were very friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. The particular chaise I ordered wasn't in stock and had to be ordered from their warehouse in Madison, WI and would take approximately 8 weeks. I was disappointed to have to wait so long, but good things come to those who wait. I got my chair about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It's comfortable as well as stylish. Can a piece of furniture be sexy? Absolutely. And I just ordered a second chair.

They only want you to buy them and then you're on your own. That was until I called Budget Blinds in Verona. I worked with Kyle Mallie, a project superintendent. Both he and the receptionist were exceptional in service. Very professional and calls were returned quickly. I had the blinds back in about three days. They're working like a charm! Reasonably priced. Folks should know that they also do in-home repair. I wasn't sure I would be able to remove the blinds but was able to get that done so I could bring them to to the store. However, it's great to know that they will come to one's home to do repairs. I also did a bit of browsing of their blinds that were on display. Attractive selection with a variety of price points depending on your budget. This is where I definitely will be coming when I need to get new blinds. It was so nice to find this business who understand the importance of customer service and know how to deliver it. This was a 5 star experience!

I am so surprised, I had contacted you guys twice and not even the decency to get back to me with a simple answer... we had 3 homes done completely by Budget Blinds. One of our Plastic pull downs broke off our Signature Series Cellular Shade and just reached out and asked where I could pick one up.
