I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great selection of Sanrio merchandise inside. They also carry plenty of Peanuts, Disney, and other beloved character items, all displayed in a very organized and inviting way. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase it that day and it was gone when I came by today. BUT I found an Olympia SM8 instead and I took it home with me. It is GORGEOUS and in excellent condition. There are some minor paint drips on some of the keys and other surfaces from the previous owner, but nothing that prevents it from functioning as it should. Already popped in new typewriter ribbon, as I had an extra spool from owning an Olympia SM3. Excited to write on this! The people who work here are really sweet and helpful. Cash and cards accepted. Looks like most antique shops, but very organized. Definitely check it out if you're ever in San Clemente.

Chilisblues is a tiny store located in a converted motel. Yes, motel. You can totally tell it used to be a motel, and the store is about the size of a small motel room. I almost got lost finding it on the GPS because the street view made it look like it was a residential home. She has a decent selection of collectibles from Vinyls, figurines, toys, games and a Funko Pop! When I stopped by, she had boxes as high as the ceiling but couldn't move her inventory due to her shoulder. I spied some Pop! from SDCC (Comic Con), other exclusive ones, and even a Chase.
