I found Dr. Wadhwa to be relatable, attentive, thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable to name a few…read more He is truly much more than the few attributes that i have mention. My husband and I were a few minutes late getting there but he came out and introduced himself to us and ask if it would be okay if he saw another patient ahead of us so that he could give us the attention that he felt we deserved. He told us that he did not want to rush our visit. How amazing is that, we were late not him. I have had some good doctors in my life time but never with such great presence. Even though my husband did not have his medical records with him he assured us that he rather assess his medical history based on the medication he was on and his questionnaire of my husband medical history. I looked at three other doctors portfolio's on line but i never read through anyone of them. I kept coming back to Dr. Wadhwa every time. The spirit in my heart told me not to look any further, his portfolio spoke to my husbands medical condition and after meeting him I knew we made the right decision. I'm filled with so much joy knowing that we made the right decision and that we both will be well taken care of but Dr. Wadhwa can lead us to the water but he surely can't make us drink it, therefore we must do our part as well. Thanks, Dr. Wadhwa for accepting us as your patients. Olivia B. and Earl A.

When I walked in, I'm the only patient and I feel safe and not be encumbered with other patients in waiting room with their illnesses. I'm feeling a big relief knowing that I am under excellent and watchful care.

Dr. Malik has been my Primary care for almost 5 years now I was very happy about my experience and…read morerecommended him to family and friends. Lately. I have been seeing the PA-C Ms. Renee Lapointe and I couldnt be more happier. Ms. Renee is very thorough on examination, she takes time to listen to your needs and for some reason I tent to get anxious inside a doctor's office but she always set a comfortable vibe inside the room, she always make sure she answer all my questions before I leave the office. There were times I have to contact/ send her a message thru patient portal and she always responds quickly. I just had my Annual Physical done which I need to have some lab drawn there's a laboratory next door and I also have a great experience with their service and staff. The results came back so quick and received a message from the PA the next day regarding my results. Overall, I highly recommend this Doctor's office, plus there's no long wait and easy to book appointments.

It was a pain to drive my car with one hand, so in turn, I was 8 minutes late. The receptionist told me they would reschedule my appointment because they had this 5 minute rule (they showed me the sign on the desk to prove it, or to rub it in because it seemed like the lead receptionist enjoyed in canceling the appointment) This receptionist also argued with me when I asked to speak to a manager and even threatened she wouldn't cancel any future appointment. Who's the boss here, the receptionist or the doctors? I spoke to the manager and she was of no help. It seems like this office thrives on bullying the customer. Customers keep them in business. It's like biting the hand that feeds you. (MY CAT!) So my appointment was rescheduled for hours later (keep in mind my hand is still in pain, infected and swollen. I guess no one cares if I lose my hand to infection.) I met with a nurse and she was very friendly and sent me off with antibiotics. I was better in about 2 weeks. It is like two different world's at this office. The front office is like a 3rd world country type of customer service, and the back office is like what people think America should be- First world civilized country wanting to take care of you. To add, when I left in the elevator after the first appointment was canceled another patient from the waiting room agreed with me. They said the customer service is ridiculous. I wonder how many others think the same. Running a business is difficult. The easiest part if taking care of customers-it is if you actually care about them. I am not sure how a physician office can operate and hate the customer. Seems counterintuitive. Avoid this office unless you're craving some drama in your life.

When I got stuck in heavy traffic, I immediately called their call center. The representative clearly informed me that there is a 15-minute grace period and that if I arrived before 10:45 AM, I would still be seen. I rushed and arrived at 10:43 AM. When I walked in, the front-desk receptionist was outside in the hallway on her personal phone. She came inside 10:44 AM. I explained that I had an appointment, had already checked in online the day before, and had also notified the call center that I might be slightly late. She took my ID and insurance card, then at 10:46 AM told me that I needed to reschedule. It honestly looked like the front desk receptionist had no interest in doing her job. Instead of following her own office policies or showing basic professionalism, she seemed perfectly fine wasting patients' valuable time. She acted as if rescheduling people was easier than actually helping them. It's clear she has no understanding--or concern--for how valuable someone's time is, especially when the patient followed all the instructions given by their own system. This was completely unacceptable. I arrived within the grace period, I communicated ahead of time, and still I was turned away due to staff negligence and lack of professionalism. This office needs serious improvement in customer service, accountability, and the way they respect patients' time.

I came here b/c I was feeling very lethargic. I couldn't focus at work, I didn't want to exercise...you know that feeling. After about 30min or so waiting, Dr. Dooley came in and gave me an experience I can't forget. He turned me around with my back facing him, put his stethoscope on my back, listened for 6-7 seconds and said that my heartbeat was 68 beats per minute. Now..I'm sure you folks will say that well...all he did was some multiplication from his counts to get that number, but what can you multiply to get 68???? 5,6,7,8,9 times any integer does not give you 68. So i called him out saying that he was full of it and he tells me, "trust me, I've been doing this for 30 years". Anyway he started asking a few questions about my health and he suggested I do a few more tests (blood draws, etc). Later on, the nurse gets an ECG heart rate measurement and it comes out to be 68. It just blew my mind away when I saw that. When Dr. Dooley came in again I told him I was amazed at his accuracy and he says, "oh, I sometimes am off by 1 heart beat. But I've been doing this for 30 years so I'm usually right". Owned. LOL. Apparently I didn't have any big problems and I was told to drink a lot of juice and get some good sleep. Anyway, I was pretty much convinced that I would go to him later in the future if I need a visit to the doc.

In 1991, when I was 16 years old, I was experiencing a number of strange infections. At once point, she pulled my mother aside and said "your daughter has a severe ecoli infection in her vagina, and she doesn't have a fever or an elevated white cell blood count, and that isn't normal". Unfortunately, my mother (for reasons perhaps only a psychologist can help me with), blew it off, attributing it to just normal growing whatever, but Dr. Zarick was insistent that there was something wrong (and that I needed to follow up with my normal pediatrician). This is significant, because as the years past the problem became worse and worse, my infections more extreme and scary, and as doctors kept asking me about my past, I slowly started to remember...'wait a minute, there was this one doctor at Centreville Urgent Care who was very concerned about me...' And then when I finally got my hands on some of my old records, there it was--yeast infections, bronchitis, strep throat, and of course the ecoli infection i cultured positive for without the corresponding elevated wbc seen in most normal people... She was working at the Urgent Care, but if she hadn't taken the time to think about what was going on with me, and alert my mother (a conversation they had in the hallway outside of the room I was in, which thankfully I overheard), I wouldn't be here today. She was the first physician to know something was wrong, and speak up about it. When I stumbled upon a more recent review written by a patient of hers that said the same positive things I felt about her, I was very glad to read she's still practicing medicine with the same heart and soul she had back when I was younger.
