I came to Laki Kane for the first time on a typically cloudy London day. But as soon as you walk in, it feels like a Hawaiian sunset! Laki Kane has phenomenally balanced cocktails, paired with exceptional hospitality. From italicus (try it, you must!), rum, gin, whiskey, and more, every drink I had was unique. There is thought and intent put into each cocktail. The staff is incredible from start to finish- you get a warm welcome and get treated as well as family. The atmosphere of the bar is a welcoming, elevated tiki bar that boasts big features and attention to detail. What more could you ask from a cocktail bar? I can't wait to come back.

We ordered a few drinks and some snacks. The drinks were fantastic and presented with flair. We had nothing short of 3 cocktails that were lit aflame. They even threw in a couple of shots in for our birthday with a giant road flare of a sparkler. Great experience. Crew was super friendly and attentive. This has been our favorite experience in the UK thus far. Highly recommend!

Very nice new bar in London to enjoy food and original cocktails in a tiki bar. Good service, good vibes and great decoration

Since the two closest locations to me are both at least a five hour flight away, I had figured maybe I wasn't going to see one anytime soon. When I was recently in London it dawned on me that there was a location there. Bingo! A Trader Vic's experience had been obtained. Maybe I should have got a Mai Tai since that's what they're famous for. Instead I got a Bahia, and it was pleasant and refreshing. Not the best tiki drink I've had but not the worst either. I also got the veggie spring rolls, which were alright. The decor was obviously up to standards, but honestly the whole restaurant felt very corporate. I'm not sure what else I should have expected, since they're a very well known chain with spots all over the world. It just lacked the soul that most other tiki bars seem to have. Also I had a lot of sticker shock when it came to the price, because the cheapest and weakest drinks are still £12/$15.50, so having more than one or two might break your bank. This was an okay experience. I'm still curious if the other locations bear any similarities to this one, so in the future when I get the chance I'll compare those as well. At the very least you'll get a tasty drink in a silly mug.

This particular restaurant has the tiki bar aesthetic with the distinctive wood looking poles, plant/flowers, and other decor, while serving some pretty good Haitian food and delicious mixed drinks. The owner, Will, shared that he opened this place right before the COVID-19 pandemic. Glad that he was able to make it through, as the food was quite good and beautifully presented. Tasso (Fried goat), griot (fried pork pieces) and ribs were all great. The black (mushroom) rice was flavorful. The rum punch was good. The one we had was the authentic sorrel punch. Really tasty. The Soup joumou was thicker than what I'm used to and without meat/noodles but it was actually super flavorful. It had a spicy kick to it. We definitely enjoyed that starter. For main course, I had the veggie legume with rice and peas. I wasn't too interested in the rice but the legume was good. I would definitely stop here again if we're in the area.
