Lakeview plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. They responded almost immediately to my request for a quote and came out the next day to finalize and set an appointment. Very reasonable pricing and efficient work. I also have to note that they went above and beyond making a minor repair to another part of my house that was not even part of the original job. This was done without asking and free of charge! If you are reading this, that minor repair was not expected however much appreciated guys. I will definitely be using Lakeview plumbing for my future plumbing needs. read more

Absolutely terrible!! If your company, landlord or warranty company want to hire these guys, say HELL NO! Bad communication, don't show up on time and don't have a clue! They are just the losest bidder. If I could give zero stars I would!! read more

They came and resurface my bathtub. I was very happy with their work and their courtesy and very knowledgeable about things and they were very helpful with all questions I have I would want them to come back again to work on my water heater. read more

Horrible experience. I should have known any contractor who deals with home warranty insurance is not the best in the are, but the level of incompetence and non responsiveness of this company is just something else. They came an hour late from their 4hr window, no calls, I tried calling them numerous times got voicemail, finally got a hold of someone who clearly has no idea on the status of their technician. On top of it all, I clearly told them which part the code status is giving the error, they still ordered the wrong part, even after I sent the picture of the part to them. I confirmed again when the tech came back out a week later to install that the part was correct, and what do you know the water heater is still giving the same error code an hour after he left. At this point I'm just gonna cut my loss, forgo the $75 service call and go with a more reputable company. read more

These guys are by far the worst. They reglazed my tub 1. The left a mess 2. The work was horrible. 3. They left the door open leaving my family exposed to dangerous chemical after I explicitly asked to keep the door closed. read more

Lake View plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company, Choice Warranty. They were scheduled to show up to my house between 3 pm and 8 pm so I had to leave work early. they never showed up, did not call, did text. I called multiple times and each time, I was sent to voicemail but the mailbox was full.. so pissed off read more

Lakeview plumbing was assigned to fix my issue by Choice Home Warranty May 15, 2023. As of today, they will not return calls or text messages and collected the required co-pay of $85.00 two months ago. They are non-responsive, stated they would call back and never call back and when I would call again they would say they would get back to me but did not EVER call me back in the past 6 weeks. I hired someone else and they kept $85.00 for showing up, taking pictures, getting authorization within days for the repair and then no show - no response from then on for two months with a continuous leak. DO NOT RECCOMEND!! Go elsewhere. read more

Awful service. They were referred by home warranty. Made the appointment with a 4 hour window. Did not call and never showed up. They never answer their phone and voicemail is always full. I called the home warranty and was told their manager said he will have the technician call me ASAP and that never happened. Honestly warranty said they would like to have the chance to fix the problem and rescheduled them for another 4 hour window and guess what. Same as before; no show and no call. read more

I had to pay $75 for them to come and take a look without any consultation. On top of that they did not showed up on the date of my scheduled appointment. No call and no show. Very disappointed! read more

This company was contacted by our Home Warranty company. They came out to fix my hot water heater and it appeared the techs they sent didn't know what was wrong. They submitted their diagnostic to the warranty company and the warranty company required additional info before they approved the repair and nothing. They showed up to our home and demolished our bathroom shower. They said they would be back in 2 hours to go to The Home Depot and never returned. When I spoke to the technician he said the office should have called, but no-one did. I had to reach out multiple times to get ahold of "Juan" who assured me he would get me shower fixed ASAP then ghosted my calls and texts. Not sure what type of business they run but definitely unprofessional. If you want to save yourself a headache don't use their service. read more

If you're referred this company from home warranty, refuse! I wish I read the reviews. We got screwed by two no shows then when he came, took his $75 fee and never returned to fix what he was supposed to fix as promised. read more

Toilet kept on running. Technician was Profesional and even took time to explain everything.

Promised to work twice. No show both times. I offered one more chance. No show and no response to text.

After agreeing to price and time, decided they would not do the job because we requested proof of insurance and W-9 tax form for the job.Why would you not want to share insurance information with a client? That should make anyone think twice before using this company. YMMV. read more

This company was contacted by our home warranty for a problem with our water heater. They came out and took a look at our water heater and assessed that the unit had to be replaced. They sent in the information to the warranty company and it was approved. It took them about a week to come out and install it but when they got here they had ordered the wrong sized water heater. They had to resubmit for approval and once they did it took them two weeks to come out and replace it. They replaced my water heater on Monday evening , on Wednesday at 2 in the morning we got a knock a door and it was a neighbor telling us there was water pouring out of the bottom of our house. When checked it was a copper pipe that they had installed and it was busted. We were trying to get someone out the same day because we had to shut off the water from the mainline so we were out of running water for the whole day and once we got ahold of them they said they would send someone out. We have been waiting all day and NOTHING when trying to get in contact with them, there is no answer and voicemail box is full. This has been a really awful experience with this company. read more

Thankful for Jerry's quick and efficient service. I called in the morning and he came the same day to take care of a drain problem and removing something stuck in our toilet drain. Amazing service and results as well as affordable and fair pricing. Jerry also wore a mask and respected social distancing guidelines. They're also open 24/7 which was helpful for us. Next time we have any plumbing issues, we will be sure to contact Lakeview plumbing. Great job! read more

Gerardo came to service my house. He was able to replace the piece in question. He charged me below his estimate and wore a mask while he was here. Very knowledgeable and fair. When I called around, companies were asking for double and not even offering free estimates. I vouch for this company 100% and would recommend them to anyone. He even contacted the city for me to have them shut the water off. Nothing wrong with good honest work and it should be rewarded. read more

His workers do very shotty work, when you try to get a hold of them they avoid any type of communication. They had to put a new pipe in and they soldered one end of it and not the other. Apparently it has been leaking ever since and now it has ruined my whole bathroom floor that was just remodeled and they are not taking ownership to anything that they had done or not done. You send messages you see that they've read them and they do not respond they just want you to MoveOn and have somebody else take care of their mess which will cost you even more money. Attached you will see the pipes that he did not soldered as well as my ruined bathroom floor read more

Great guy he showed up on time gave me a bid beforehand and did not try to up sell anything I would definitely recommend Lakeview plumbing

Jerry came right on time, wearing a mask. He did what had to be done, to replace a shower valve in a stall shower. He did a very good job, charged a fair price, and cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask the whole time. We would definitely call him again. We are glad to find him. read more
