Federal Elevator is the installation. Lakeview Elevator is for repairs. If you buy a townhouse with Federal Elevator Run!! Don't walk!! Federal Elevators are *Garbage* Lakeview elevator are criminals. You have to pay before anyone will come. Mean Meena never said how much. Ripped me off for 500 dollars. I asked for a quote and they did not give me a quote. They just stole my money! Federal will never call you back or answer the phone. Residential elevators are not regulated! Just remember that Bad enough they are cheap and crappy, they steal your money on top of that. Never, Never use Lakeview Elevator!!! read more
