just bought a 2021 Bighorn fifth wheel from them at end of Dec and just realized it has water damage under slide and in kitchen area in floor but was covered up with new flooring. also a slide roller ripped off bottom side of roller within 3 weeks of using camper. disappointed! had to rush and buy this due to job in another county and this camper was over $50,000! read more

While at the RV Show in Greenville, SC my Husband and I were very interested in a fifth wheel, and spoke to Mr. Rich very helpful but the owner and representative he said we need to speak with were uninterested in speaking with us. Took my camper in after having to cut a camping trip short due to the AC not working. They told me it would be 3-4 weeks before they could look at it. Being in the sales, parts and service industry I fully understood. Within 2 weeks Justin called to give me the bad noise that I needed a new AC unit. He quoted me the price and I told him to go ahead with the repair. When he called me I told him it would be a couple weeks before I could pick it up. They held onto my camper without charging a storage fee and the quote was exactly as Justin had quoted me. I will be back to see these guys again for anything I may need. Never been so misrepresented on an RV in my life!!!! No SERVICE!!! After watching their video on the unit and talking the to manager there who assured me of this unit being an 8 out of a possible 10 I bought it. They didn't even take time to show me anything about the trailer!! I drove hours to pick this unit up and when I took it to a service center here I realized I had been taken!!! After spending THOUSANDS of dollars to make it camping worthy I have a camper that is still damaged and well over what it is worth!!! I would think TWICE before you buy from this place!! Went to lakeside Rv and looked at several campers and found a 2007 copper canyon. Spoke to Tim Allan who was very pleasant to deal with and because I needed a hitch he without us asking deducted more than enough to cover the hitch. 1 week later we took delivery of our 5th wheel. The shop on on the other hand will tell you that things are covered under warranty and when it's denied by the warranty claim the shop denied telling me that and the owner will not stand behind what he sells 4 months later. As far as to purchase a camper from them they are good, Dont expect any repairs to be covered by extended warranty since their are to many stipulations. read more

Do your research before giving a deposit or buying a used RV from this business. We were in a hurry because we had to move from the home we were renting. Live and learn. We discovered after the fact that we paid too much after researching the value of the used fifth wheel. It was also listed online as a year newer than the paperwork we signed. And of course, we got the don t take too long to decide because 2 other couples are interested in this RV spiel. It was advertised as having a washer/dryer combo valued at $1400. Imagine my surprise when I went to use it the first time and it was only a washing machine. And one that worked sporadically, if at all. It is now listed on Craigslist for free. But of course, that was factored into the price that we paid. The foot flush pedal also stuck in the middle of the night resulting in a flooded bathroom carpet. This was less than a week after purchase. We were told to lube it. Shouldn t that have been done by Lakeside? The emails I received in return from the salesman were basically canned responses. They did offer to give us $200 for a dryer but that conditions were that we had to buy it first and then send them a copy of the receipt. The salesman is all smiles and phone calls to see when you are coming back to pay for it. Afterwards...... crickets. read more
