The purchase was painless and everyone there was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. On our trip home we encountered a problem with the fridge... great! Knowing SC consumer law says sales are "as-is" I was expecting a problem. I called Trey at Porters and he advised to have it checked when we got home and get back to him. We brought the coach to a local RV dealer who had the unit there for almost a month ( I had some elective upgrades done and asked them to also fix the fridge). Got the coach back and contacted Trey. He asked me to send him a copy of the invoice. Without hesitation he reimbursed us for the cost to repair the fridge. We were so appreciative. They are stand up guys and I would not hesitate to do business again with them.

Due to the economic shutdown associated with Covid, there were numerous problems with even seeing an RV like we wanted. Keith found one and got us in to see it. He was great to work with in selecting the equipment we wanted, as well as working with a price for the unit. The same great attitude was present with several people we came in contact with. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.
