My wife and I were camping in Anderson, South Carolina and had an electrical issue. The incident happened on 11-7-25. I called and talked to Travis and he said he would be out that afternoon and all I had to do was text him my phone number and location of where we were at the campground. Around 4 o'clock I called again and only got a voicemail, so I left another message for Travis. Still no return call. If you can't come out, at least call the customer back. I thought this was very unprofessional of a company that seemed to have a high rating to not give a courtesy call back to inform us that the technician couldn't come! read more

Can I be honest with yall? I hesitated writing this review. I've put it off for weeks. Not bc Travis doesn't do great work. It's actually the opposite. His work is too great. I don't want people to know how talented he is bc then he will be booked out even further than he already is. Then he won't be able to squeeze me in like he does now. But I know I can't be selfish & not refer him bc he truly has a heart of gold & amazing skills that should be shared with everyone. He's so knowledgeable about so many things, but I've been blessed to benefit particularly from his knowledge of all things RVs. I had a rotten slide floor & wall that needed to be replaced. My usual mobile tech...who is awesome as well...said the job was bigger than he wanted to take on. He recommended Travis. I was apprehensive bc he has done all my work & always does a fantastic job; but he said he has recommended Travis to other clients of his & they all said Travis did great work for them. Well I'm so thankful for his recommendation bc Travis & his crew went above & beyond great work!! They did an excellent job!! I was overwhelmed by the amount of damage in my slide. I was thinking the absolute worst; but Travis came out & calmed all my fears in a matter of minutes. He inspected the damage..as well as several other things that weren't related to the damage..answered all my questions, then quoted me an unbelievable price. He & his crew came back a few days later, right on time & did an amazing job. After he was done with the job, I gave him a laundry list of other things I needed done. He quoted me some great rates on those repairs as well. He has since done some of the things on the list & they all turned out even better than I expected. Since his first visit, Travis has been back to my home several times to make repairs. I always feel so bad when I call him to come out bc it is quite a distance for him to travel; but he never complains. He always follows up with me to make sure I'm satisfied with the work he has done. He takes time out of his busy days to answer my texts & calls. He is always so patient & so kind every time we communicate. His favorite words are "We gotcha. We gone get you right." True to his word - he always gets the job right every time!! I feel it's not profitable for Travis to come all this way just to do my repairs...especially so often. But he is the type of person that would give the shirt off his back to help anyone; so he comes every time I ask, without complaint, and always gives me an unbelievable price. But I know that he has a business to run & employees to pay; so I'm on a misson to get more customers for him on the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell. Now DON'T GET ME WRONG. Travis doesn't "NEED" me to get any extra business for him. I can barely get on his schedule now as it is lol. His talent & workmanship speak for him & keep him very, very, very busy. But I'm hoping if I can get more clients for him that are closer to me, then I won't feel so bad every time I call him to do my repairs bc he will already be in the area. SC clients have been hogging him long enough. We have a lot of work for him in GA too. It's a testament to his workmanship when another RV tech is referring clients to him. Both of them stay booked out weeks at a time, which means they are great at what they do. So a referral from one another speaks volumes for both. I will forever be grateful for the referral to Travis. He's been such a blessing to my family. It's my pleasure to refer him to others who are in need of excellent, quality work from an honest, upstanding guy. I was stranded in SC due to damage to my Class A awning housing and one electric arm. I cold called this mobile RV business for help on a Saturday. Owner came quickly, removed the damaged awning and arms so I could continue on with my trip to GA. We made arrangements for him to order new everything since mine was 13 years old and he install everything during another trip south. Based on his skill level and the variety of repairs he can do, I also had him fix several other issues on the coach. Great job, exceptional service. Owner does the work himself and he takes pride in getting it right. Accomplished everything in less than 4 hours. Excellent communication skills and willing to work with you on your schedule.
