When we walked outside, it was much warmer than inside and was only 62 degrees outside. People don't want to be miserably cold while enjoying a meal, or anticipating getting a meal. Several people went to get jackets out of their vehicles while we sat there. Like I said, once we got our food, it was great but the wait was absolutely ridiculous.
