There was no reason for them to touch, drill, or alter my two front teeth, yet they proceeded to drill into them, creating additional trauma and leaving my teeth looking worse and aesthetically unappealing. I came in expecting them to repair the tooth that was actually damaged from my accident--not create problems with teeth that did not need treatment. The situation made me question why additional work was performed when it appeared unnecessary, and whether they were creating additional dental damage in order to justify additional treatment and billing. Based on my experience, I am deeply concerned that the practice may be engaging in deceptive or potentially fraudulent billing practices, and I believe their treatment of my teeth and the charges associated with it should be thoroughly investigated. If you notice in the first picture, I posted there's only a crack in my back tooth. My front teeth are perfectly aligned. There's no indents, there's no drill texture, There's no lines. It's just a smooth Tooth however, in the second photo, this is me leaving the dentist office they did not address my original crack Tooth instead, they did their own thing on my front teeth!!! When I finally got through, I was told there was only one available appointment time, which I fortunately was able to make work. When I arrived, I felt rushed from the moment I checked in. I was taken straight to the chair without anyone clearly explaining the procedure or what to expect. I also asked for an invoice or treatment breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was paying for, but they wouldn't provide one. What made me most uncomfortable was being told they only had 40 minutes available for a procedure that was supposed to take about an hour. Combined with the rushed environment and the dismissive attitude I experienced from both the dentist and the staff, I no longer felt confident moving forward with my treatment. Because I was already anxious about going to the dentist, I decided to refuse the procedure. I wasn't expecting anyone to eliminate my anxiety, but I did expect clear communication and a little reassurance before spending a significant amount of money on dental work. Unfortunately, I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable rather than cared for. & of course they'll try to save face under my review. But if I were the problem they wouldn't have sincerely apologized and offered to host me again Monday and provide a payment plan which I respectfully refused. I called as a brand-new patient, and even though her office was busy, they still fit me in--which I really appreciated. Today she did my temporary crown, and I was honestly impressed--it looked just as good as my natural teeth, and I barely felt any discomfort, even during the local anesthesia.
