Everyone is pretty kind and engaging. They seem to enjoy their jobs here. The staff are very thorough and make sure that they explain the how and why of everything. They are consistent in providing lots of options for your oral health at-home and in-office care. They also diffuse Young Living essential oils in the office, which I count as a major plus. (; Parking is really nice; they have a big private lot in a really lovely area. The location is easy to find. Dr. Prada and his staff introduced me to the Panthera dental device just last year and I wanted to tell them and their clients and future clients that I was extremely satisfied. I have had over six dental devices over the last 20 years to help me to cease snoring at night. This new concept that Dr. Prada suggested has been a dream come true. It is extremely more comfortable and easy to use. I was always writing off the pain from keeping my lower jaw extended as a write off for not snoring. But this new appliance has reduced that pain quite significantly. I am very happy also that my lower jaw after being extended for eight hours has not affected my bite. I really like Dr. Prada as he listens to you and attempts to make the option of a dental device much more adaptable to a good nights sleep without a continued pain in the lower jaw. I really recommend you make an appointment and see if what he determines would be the best option for you as a great avenue to receiving a good nights sleep. As we all know, a good nights sleep is priceless for one's health along with continuing to have a great smile which is also beneficial to your health. I love Lakeside Dental Solutions! I chose this office for a gum graft because Dr Prada is one of the few who do the new, minimally invasive Chao method of gum grafting, as opposed to traditional gum grafting. After researching and interviewing several periodontists about doing this procedure vs a traditional graft for me, I chose Dr Prada. I did so because of his expertise in this field and also because of his personal and caring demeanor. I was totally at ease, knowing he was both capable and caring regarding my procedure. Dr Prada and Dr Salter, as well as the Lakeside Dental Solutions office, are on the cutting edge of technology. The doctors strive to have the best, most effective and least painful methods of treatments and procedures for their patients. The staff is extremely professional, yet also personal. Very deceptive in their insurance practices. Lied to me regarding being in network with my insurance. Told me my insurance would not pay anything. Paid them $3900. up front for all that was being done. They were paid a month later from Insurance but never told me. When I called them they said they used the insurance $ for other things instead of giving it to me. Lied to me several times when I called. Don't go here except for general dentistry.
