The front doesn't do their jobs at all they just sit in the front a order food and make the dental assistants and hygienist do things the front are supposed to do and if you don't do it you get picked apart, talked about, belittled, and treated differently than people they "like". Dr. Zhou is amazing and I wish they treated him better as a doctor he gets the job done well and actually comes when needed , the other doctor will make you wait for 30 minutes for a exam and talk to you disrespectfully especially if you are a woman of color clearly. numerous of women have cried and left this office. You will not get valued here at all, they only care about production but somehow everyone but the front has to get the production. I highly do not recommend they are unprofessional and rude. I just can't even try anymore, never been at a dentist for 2+ hours just to have them clean my teeth for 8 minutes.
