On the trial day, I was still unsure of what I wanted to do for my hair - down, up, or half-up, and Lauren helped me choose a hairstyle that I adored. He's seen it all as a celebrity hair stylist so you can trust his expertise and opinion. I recently was dealing with a hair crisis...lol...my hair felt like straw. Completely dried out and frizzy. It felt like I had ZERO moisture in my hair. I come to find out through Gray that my shower water and products had been DESTROYING my hair. He had me put a filter on my shower and change out these shampoo/conditioner products and adding some leave in products after my shower. My hair is NIGHT and DAY difference now. Soft, silky, healthy.
