Another 6 month routine clean. All good!…read more They are going to be moving to a new location near Home Depot with a much larger facility and more hygienists. Scheduling and new patients should get some relief soon! Why would you ever go anywhere except MSD?

I called and I spoke with the receptionist who confirmed our insurance was in network. She took all my information and even had me text her photos of my insurance card front and back. I was booked. Fast forwards 2 or 3 months to when my appointment was going to be and I get a text asking to confirm which I do. I then get a call the day of my appointment which went to voicemail. The voicemail said I was not confirmed for my appointment and that they needed to discuss payment information. I call right away telling them I had replied to the automated message asking me to confirm so why were they saying I wasn't confirmed? She then tells me that yes I was confirmed BUT that now my insurance was not in network meaning that I had to pay out of pocket for my cleaning and that if I wanted to get a partial refund I would have to submit the request through my insurance which she said will take weeks and again, they would not be refunding the full amount because they are out of network. I was so UPSET. They WASTED MY TIME. The first call confirmed they took my insurance and suddenly they didn't?!! Months of my time went by waiting for my appointment when I could have gone with a different dentist willing to take me as a new patient. Oh and my husband's coworker still goes there (she has the same insurance we do...). I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone, they clearly can't get their stuff together.

Had the WORST experience with Dr. Dimick. I've never been so disrespected by a so-called…read moreprofessional. I had called to establish dental care for my daughter in April (this month) and notified them on the phone call that I could see a developing cavity in my daughter's mouth. I specifically asked if they could treat cavities in office for her (knowing she's a toddler based on her birthdate) and they said they would need to do an evaluation and would do treatment a different day. They NEVER told ME DIRECTLY that they can't handle sedation treatments for toddlers. We proceeded to come in and evaluate the cavity only to be told they can't treat cavities in office for toddlers. And it wasnt in a polite "oh I'm sorry you were misinformed" or "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." No. Instead, Dr. Dimick rudely interrupted me, held her hand up, and told me she would read through transcripts that would show I was told. Lo and behold, the transcripts never show them telling me. Supposedly 5 months prior (December of 2025) when my husband was calling dentists to find a dentist for our kids, he was told. I was not told. And 5 months later when I'm calling to establish care and I'm specifically telling them there's a cavity, why would they not "reiterate" such vital information?! I would NEVER have wasted time and money there if they would've been transparent and upfront with me, and confided they that are unable to treat cavities in toddlers. What is the point of a pediatric dentist who can't treat?? And more so, a dentist who so rudely claims to have told me things they did not. Absolute insanity and a waste of time. A scam of a dentist as I've found to be common in this area...Take money from you and claim they "evaluated" but doesn't have the ability to treat. It's laughable if I weren't having to pay out of pocket for wasted appointment and X-rays.

However today I received yet another message regarding my due bill from our visit last October. At the time of service there was a glitch in my insurance and our child wasn't listed on the plan. It's since been corrected and I have contacted the office NO LESS than 6 times to resolve. All they need to do is re-run the claim and my insurance will cover it at 100%. They don't provide an email address so each time I call I've either left a detailed message or spoken to someone who assures me it will be handled. Yet today, I received another message about this $300 bill. So here I am, hoping someone sees my frustration. We already had a less than stellar visit with our two small children -- waiting 45 minutes after cleaning to see the dentist; asking me to sit my 11 month old baby in the dental chair and hold his hands and feet down; pushing forward with the dental cleaning while my 3 year old is sobbing. This practice may be better suited for older children but for our little ones, their attention to detail and care fell short. Statement ID: V3770-00317-13809
