Believe the reviews you read. The doctors are ALWAYS late for appointments, even when you arrive early...but God forbid YOU arrive late (even if you call ahead to notify them of the situation). The office staff is rude and will not work with you beyond a 15-minute window...completely unreasonable and unyielding. The doctors, despite always being late, have always been very friendly and nice...wish I could say the same about their staff because the office is causing the doctors to consistently lose patients...we will NEVER take our son to their Rockwall location again. read more

I booked a month in advance, I got to their office 30 early (per their request) to fill out paperwork. Then I waited patiently for an HOUR and a HALF to be called in. Then at the Doctor office I waited again for 15 minutes and the doctor still didn't come in. That is when I lost my patience and left the practice. This is pathetic service. read more

Got an appointment with Dr. West, but when i got there i was told that i had to see Chang On the way to the exam room i told him i had Menieres (as i have had it on and off for 30 years) Chang immediately shined his little flashlight in my nostrils and glibly explained that i "had boogers in my nose". Yep! He did say boogers. That was his level of professionalism. Im pretty sure i have nasal polyps, which can't always be seen without imaging polyps do cause congestion which i cannot help. Dr Young is even worse. The first time. I got Menieres from deviated septum, he recommended cutting my auditory nerve for something that was easily fixed These people sell allergy crap. If you have Menieres -- stay away!!! read more

Lakeside ENT & Allergy is a joke! I have given them so many chances and I'm done. Every time wee have an appointment, we arrive 10-15 minutes prior. Every single time we are waiting almost an hour past our scheduled appointment time before we are called in to a room, where we continue to wait even longer to see the doctor. I Pulled my son from school for an appointment that was scheduled for 10:40 and it was 11:30 when I asked if wed be seen soon and I was told that Dr Young had a patient in a room and they were just waiting for her to leave. OPEN another room!!!! I will not be back, it's alway a minimum 2 hour process just to be seen. Id rather drive to Plano and drive further for better care! read more

After rupturing my eardrum, I had to find a new ENT. I also have allergies so I chose this medical office. I could not be more impressed by the tests that they did, the results that they got immediately and the solutions that they proposed for long-term problems I have been having. Each visit with Dr. Young was an hour and a half wait time. Pre-surgery he spent 5-10 min with us and today for post-op about 5 min. Just crazy--he has to be double and triple booked. Not okay, doctors are important but their time is not more valuable than everyone else's time! read more

This is was my first visit to this practice. The office ran very well and smoothly. They had someone at the front door checking temperatures. Check-in went smoothly as well. Dr. West spent a significant amount of time with me and put together a treatment plan. Everyone was on time and I didn't have to wait more than expected. I wound definitely recommend this practice. read more

The only good doctor in this practice is doctor West. But when you are having the worst allergies on a weekend and dr Young is on call you will have the worst doctor care he won't prescribe you anything even though he has your chart in front of him. They need to find a better partner read more

Communication with these people is not a priority. Going on the 3rd week of hoping to get allergy drops. 3rd. Placed an order on Thursday, the 21st. Got 1 voicemail the following Wednesday saying they'd just seen it and didn't know if they would get to it. Called The next day. Played round Robin with the automated answering maze fir 25 minutes before I got someone at the scheduling desk to answer. Explained the problem. placed the order. Travelled though dead zones yesterday (Tuesday), the day before mixing drops. Missed the call. Called today (Wednesday), Talked to scheduling again. No notes of previous conversation. Can't get the drops now till next week. Told it was because I had not paid. Nobody ever asked. Told that allergy nurse tried to contact. TWICE! In all this time TWICE! And one of those days was on the day they compound and do not return calls per stated policy. Person I talked to was polite but treated the whole thing as if it was MY fault for not having paid. I WAS NEVER ASKED UNTIL TODAY. They were even going to send the drops to Forney. I picked them up there one time only. All other times have been in Rockwell. read more

My daughter went in with bad ear pain and a headache. Dr Chang was nice but nothing was done. He said she had a lot of wax in the ear and needed to come back in 10-14 days. 2 days later, my daughter has been in bed since the appt with severe ear ache and headache, FYI, never looked at her sinuses when she was there in the office. I called to see what could be done. They said take ibuprofen or they would call in naproxen, she had already been doing all of that before the appt. They want her to come back in sooner. I tried to get her in sooner but I would have to pay, I already had arrangements to pay next week. If I have to wait until next week to pay what makes them think I can pay for a second appt 2 days later. Sorry I don't have a tree that grows money and the insurance we have stinks until you meet the deductible so my daughter gets to suffer while we will be stuck going to the ER or urgent care and really get raked over the coals. read more

I prepared my paperwork ahead of time as a new patient and then waited in the waiting room over 45 minutes to see Dr. Young. He had already decided what was wrong with me before ever looking at me or talking to me, and didn't listen to what I had to say. His nurse had medicine for me prior to him ever stepping out of the room to tell her what was needed. I will not be returning to this practice. read more
