First off this place goes by at least one other name that I have found. Starwood Audiology as well…read moreas Trinity. My insurance provider supplied this place. I was contacted by there office and made an appointment. My insurance provided me with the referable stating the name, address and phone number. The gentleman making the appointment wanted to make clear of their location at a second floor complex in a retail center. When I arrived the reception person was on a call and it seemed to me to be a personal one because she told her call that she had to go someone came in. I gave my name and what time my appointment was. She told me they don't make appointments before 12 noon. My appointment was at 10 am. She asked my name at least three times and each time I spelled it. She said she had no record of my appointment. I told her I had an email with the confirmation. She shrugged and said I should probably call someone. I did. This person as well was clueless about my appointment. I left and called my insurance company to complain. I was on the phone with them nearly an hour, and they confirmed the location ... but the name of the business was different. I would never in a million years go back to that place simply because of the reception person really not caring at all to help.

the worst service the worst hearing booth I have ever been in, while I was in the booth, I was…read morechocking because of the bad smell in it, and the equipment they use is very very much old, and out dated, you have to use your hands and fingers to send a signal to the technician outside of the booth, ....and when you get the report, you find out it is hand written, and drawn, you can hardly make any sense out of it , and he called himself audiologist !!!!!!!!, on top of it all, IF THEY SELL YOU HEARING AIDS, the want to charge you $65.00 for every time you get to their office for a problem, regardless of the issue you may be having with your hearing aids that they have sold you .... I was disgusted, and I ready to gat out of that office fast..... after all I was able to get my hearing aids from a deferent compony, that actully stand behind the products, for 3 years, at no cost for all the ccdualed appointmens that they scadual for you
