(All garbage vendors are supposed to clean flyaway garbage). Adrianna Flores, a grunt who "works" there, started blaming me for the garbage men not doing their job. She was so nasty with me. Then she thought it was funny to throw charges on my credit card. Not authorized charges, mind you, just any old amount out of spite. Sadly, I had to escalate it to the owner of the company, Ed Kalebich who said he would credit the account. But he wouldn't credit my account. Ed, Adrianna were both on about 5 emails to credit my account for the stolen money. They thought ignoring customer issues was a good business practice. It wasn't the money, it was we had to keep after a vendor to stop stealing from us. We trusted them with our credit card. We had to call our credit card vendor to block charges. They are 100% ill equipped to just manage customer relations. So, in conclusion, if you want your garbage picked up with a messy alley, problems ignored, and your credit card ripped off, then IRS are for you. If you want a normal vendor to pick up your garbage in the alley, address problems in a professional manner, and not put unauthorized charges on your credit card, look elsewhere.

Confirmed the pictures were accurate to the actual couch damage, then proceeded to tell me that she could fix it, but would need to get the materials and come back. Well that was mid-March. Since that time they've avoided my calls, put me off, scheduled time then stood me up. The absolute worst! I wouldn't trust them with a call back much less any future business. Second time, they closed down after someone tested positive for COVID-19 but never updated their site so I was left wondering about no-shows two days in a row and had to call/text them instead of the other way around. This time, I booked a pickup between 8-10 a.m., and they said they were stuck on the highway and would be a little late. By noon, I had to leave. I returned and they still weren't here. I did get an invoice around 1:30ish, and the couch I requested for pickup is gone. So they did get here and were polite via text. I'd still recommend them, but definitely don't plan your day around them arriving. Keep your phone handy. I'd still recommend them though!
