The pricing is fantastic and we always choose to do both of their two 18 hole courses. The first course (closer to the main road) is more of a grassy course. We always get a fun slushie to end our time and love all their flavors and fun straws! We couldn't recommend this place more!

The girl behind the counter was super nice and friendly. The building isn't much, but it does have a few refreshments like slushies. The course has a full 18 holes with the standard water hazards and obstacles and all that jazz. The course is nautical themed, which is fitting since it's right on the pier. That's part of why I liked this course so much; it offers a great view of the water. I don't live by the lake, and I can tell you my girlfriend had to poke me more than once to go because I was looking at the water like the tourist that I am. One of the holes was closed because it was filled with water when we went. No big deal, but a bit of a pain. Through no fault of the business, our trip here was a bit irritating because there was a teenage couple behind us who was playing ridiculously quickly, but also wouldn't go in front of us, so it felt like they were watching us on our tail the whole time. I'd definitely come back here. It was reasonably priced and a really lovely way to finish off the evening.

The inflatables are HUGE--slides, climbing spots, and even a swing that had us laughing like kids. The whole area is great for a full day out. There are picnic tables if you want to bring lunch, a concessions stand for snacks, a splash pad for the little ones, and a regular swimming area if you just want to relax. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, and the staff was super friendly and safety-focused (life jackets for everyone). At $8 per person for a two-hour session, it's such an affordable family outing compared to other water attractions. We'll definitely be back--it's the perfect mix of fun, exercise, and summer vibes

It was sunny for the front nine but hovering in mid 40s at best most of the day. Hard to swing when you have 4 layers on! That said, the course was in beautiful shape, even despite three days of rain before we got there. We were restricted to cart path only so it required a lot of walking I struggled because the fairways were so well cut they were like greens and the greens were even shorter and faster. Great for most golfers but not what I was used to. There was a nice mix of sand, water, and rough. The sand traps can be quite deep. You can walk the course but there are a few hills and distance between holes at times. I loved the fall colors of the leaves surrounding us. The course was less than 5100 yards from the forward tees so not super long but it was hard. Several blind shots. Greens on hills (we were referring to one hole as the volcano). I did manage a birdie on #7 so I was happy about that.

What a wonderful experience I had playing here with a group of 16 guys in a tournament setting. Without question it helps to have a good caddie and me and my golf partner did. Our caddie's name was Jonathan and he did such a good job that we requested him to caddy for us on the next round. The entire operation at WS and the adjacent Irish course is top notch. Certainly a bucket list experience that's worth it if you're so inclined to play a PGA Major golf course.

However, access to this sports complex is included as an amenity, and with free, frequent shuttle service from the hotel, it was easy and convenient to give it a try. This is a full-service facility. They have tennis courts (with pickleball courts coming soon), a complete exercise and weight room, a lap pool, multiple hot tubs, and a sauna. They even have a hole cut into Woodlake for cold plunging, which was impressive. All of the exercise equipment was high quality and in good working order. We were familiar with most of it, but it would have been nice to have an attendant present in the workout area for questions or guidance, especially for anyone less experienced with gym equipment. The locker rooms, showers, and bathrooms were all clean, modern, and well maintained. Everything felt spacious and thoughtfully laid out. We were glad we took the time to check it out. While it is not located directly at the American Club, the shuttle service makes it easy to access, and the quality of the facility more than makes up for the short ride.

Plenty of tennis and pickleball courts and multiple pools - so , if you are a lap swimmer, you don't have to share with the kids. Friendly staff and while the locker room amenities are sparse and the lockers are on top of each other (as previously mentioned), the locker room itself is large and the pool deck and other areas have plenty of room. There is also a sauna and steam area. Family locker rooms exist also outside of the regular ones (but they're one person use and always seem wet...). Water is around if you're thirsty and everything is very clean. Worth a visit if you're local or staying nearby.
