She showed us many homes and was very patient with us, giving good advice and taking us to many places. Even though we ultimately did not buy a home through her, we recommended her to family and friends. Now in the present day, as of April 2018, much apparently has changed in temperament and attitude with Adrienne. We know real estate is a cut-throat business and only the best survive when times get tough. So, in selling our current home in the SE hills of Eugene, our prospective buyer used Adrienne, more specifically her sister, Jane, as their Real Estate agent. When negotiations bogged down over our counter-offer, Adrienne stepped in and called our real estate agent, who happens to be a good friend and wonderful person. Adrienne reamed her up and down, intimidating her, short tempered, rude and just unpleasant. Hearing part of the conversation we could not believe that was the Adrienne we knew from long ago. In my humble opinion, Adrienne appears to treat her clients very well, but is very different with her peers: superior, arrogant, abrupt, demanding and intimidating. She called us (the sellers) "ignorant and stupid", I do not think she realised we were listening or did not care. So if you are looking for a tiger of a real estate agent who likes to dominate the sandbox, kick sand up whenever they want their way (or things don't go their way) and bully the opposition, then Adrienne St. Clair is your agent. But if you want an agent that is civil, courteous, and well-mannered, I'd go elsewhere.

Rachel was well prepared for our first meeting over coffee--providing us with a nice printed presentation to guide the discussion, asking us lots of questions about our wants/needs and then, easily and expertly answering all of our own questions. Her warm and friendly demeanor immediately won us over! We were first-time homebuyers and Rachel was sensitive and helpful for us being so clueless to many things about the process. She was always easily reachable, whether by email, phone/text, or to be available to meet in person. Though nothing in the buying process is ever completely smooth-sailing, it sure felt that way working with Rachel. She quickly and efficiently handled all paperwork, inspections and service set ups for us. When things got sticky working with the sellers and their broker, Rachel was a great advisor and negotiator on our behalf.
