They reached out to the loan company and worked directly with the funder to get updated and corrected paperwork sent over to her office within the hour and had the loan company wire over the balance of the funds now needed to the loan company's screw up. This is not the 1st home we've sold and bought and we've had other title companies in the past and I can guarantee that NONE of the other title companies would have stepped up like this. Even though it wasn't an issue that had anything to do with Nippersink, they are the ones who took the initative to jump in and help us get it corrected.
