I wasn't too interested in that specific home, but had a conversation with Sam on another home in the same subdivision. In a matter of just a couple hours, Sam attained access to the home I was interested in. I met Sam at the home and in 15 minutes I instructed Sam to put an offer on the home. The offer came with a few contingencies that needed to be met in a short amount of time. 1) I needed to list my home in three days. 2) My home needed to be under contract in 30 days. 3) the closing on the new home had to be on a specific day. I asked Sam and Tracey if they could list my existing home in three days. All I can say is WOW!!! Tracey brought in a camera crew that showcased my home beyond my expectations and within three days! Contingency Item #1 - completed Sam and Tracey went to work immediately by scheduling an open house the following week on Saturday. Sam had reservations about having a good showing because it was over 4th of July weekend. However, to our surprise, we had a few people interested and on that Sunday had a contract signed! Contingency Item #2 - completed The last contingency item was easy to meet and we gad the closing. My point with all this is Sam and Tracey know how to sell homes and negotiate on your behalf. They keep "your" interests first and understand the entire home buying/selling process. Sam and Tracey have a team of people working for you to get the home you want. Additionally, Sam and Tracey have a network of A+ partners (camera team, home inspectors, lawyers, and mortgage brokers) who work together to achieve "your" goal. Their team managed everything! I did not worry about a single aspect of selling my home or buying the new home. I find it hard to believe the negative comment previously posted as it does not describe the values of Sam and Tracey's Stellar Realty Team.

Buying and selling a home is stressful as it is, and the last thing you need is issues at closing. Even after reviewing multiple loan documents dozens of time our loan set up was not correct which we didn't find out until we got to closing and began reveiwing them with our attorney. We thought for sure we would have to push back our closing again due to this. Ashely and her team jumped into action!!! They reached out to the loan company and worked directly with the funder to get updated and corrected paperwork sent over to her office within the hour and had the loan company wire over the balance of the funds now needed to the loan company's screw up. Our closing was only delayed by an hour or so and everything was correct and completed as it should have been the 1st time. This is not the 1st home we've sold and bought and we've had other title companies in the past and I can guarantee that NONE of the other title companies would have stepped up like this. Even though it wasn't an issue that had anything to do with Nippersink, they are the ones who took the initative to jump in and help us get it corrected. All title companies are not the same and will not go out of their way, I say this with experience. Even though we weren't near Fox Lake the few minutes extra drive to go through Nippersink was more than worth it. When buying/selling your next home, make sure you have your attorney choose Nippersink, because it's worth the peace of mind to know they will do whatever they can to make sure they help you close.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROUP. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. I have timestamped photo and video proof and I will not let them take what's owed to me. From the moment we met I could tell she had a great personality and was incredibly driven - she made it clear she'd do whatever she needed to do to find us the perfect home in our price range, despite the competitive market. She made herself available for as many showings as we needed and used her network and the private MLS to eventually find us a perfect home that had not currently listed on the public market yet. With her help we were able to submit a competitive offer and secure a home well within our budget before our apartment lease was up.
