Brussel sprouts = amazing. Could have eaten the whole bowl. Rabbit dumpling stew. Also amazing. Did in fact eat the whole plate (because I didn't have to share). Smash Burger was also very good..the fries were fine, but not what I was expecting based on the hype. But Y'all. They have 3 air B'n'Bs at this place. You can stay here and walk over for brunch (which came highly recommend). Our server told us rher is a studio, a double and a house for 8-10. They can also do baby 4oz pours of beer. Very cute. There is also a full bar with wine and cocktails. Service was great.. people were super friendly and took our dirty plates and silverware away and replaced them with clean. Definitely coming back.

Hummus and warm pita were very fresh and delicious. The charbroiled oysters were great. I wish I had more they were so good and I devoured them. I was told they would take 30 mins but came out much quicker. My friend had the ramen and was pleased. It was very busy but service was good. You can tell they work hard to keep things efficient. There is a large indoor and outside seating.

This is a Gastropub so the food is next level. Not your typical craft beer house bar and Grill type food. I had an artisan woodfired pizza which was delicious. The beer was good. They have a full bar. The interior decor is quite fancy, doesn't feel like your typical Small brewery tap room. Very attentive service. Super clean.

Lake Superior Brewing really brings together a laid back atmosphere with great food and some fantastic beers. We had come into Duluth for the weekend and needed dinner before heading to our Airbnb. This ended up being the perfect place to stop on the north end of Duluth. The Brussel Sprouts were light and flavorful, a nice hearty option after a long car ride. The smash burger was a well performed burger with a bit of elevation from the onions and gruyere cheese. The Belgian Strong beer I had was phenomenal and matched the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our visit, would definitely go back and want to explore their whiskey menu (surprisingly thorough for a brewpub!)

Boa Bun- this was the special. Praying it makes the menu full time. They were amazing.

Great service. Great food. Not a dive bar so the prices referred to in another review reflect the high end ingredients and thoughtful menu. We had so many things in the menu. All were superb. We even reordered the special, Boa Buns.... Twice. They were so good. Korean burger and the Carbonara pizza were awesome. Unique and delicious wings as well. The oyster Rockefeller were fresh and delicious. I even thought the wine list was great. Not you run of the mill selections you'd find at a chain. Had a gruner veltliner recommended by the server in lieu of a sauv blanc that paired perfectly with both the seafood and the spicy entrees. We will definitely make a special trip next time we are in town! To whom it may concern: PLEASE put the Boa Buns on the menu full time!!

This place is exceptional! Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, great drinks, and amazing food. Their pizza is something to travel for. Great crust, good sauce that will keep you coming back bite after bite. Try your traditional style toppings or try one of their specialty pizzas. I got a side of pecorino to give it that extra touch. Their smash burgers are dynamite as well. If you haven't been, you need to add it to your list of must try's. Well worth the drive

I want to love this place but besides the burgers the portions are way too small for the prices. See my photo of the $15 beet salad. Pizzas are ok but not as good at Vita or Ursa and a few bucks more. The beers are pretty good, and it's great atmosphere but it's just too much money for portions and food quality. I hope they improve and wish them the best

Food and beer are good. I thought the food was a bit overpriced. I'd return for drinks and an appetizer. Maybe skip the pizza.

Bent Paddle Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated craft brewery and taproom in Duluth, Minnesota. The brewery opened in May 2013 and uses Lake Superior water to brew it's beers and hemp beverages. Bent Paddle's mission is to create a unique craft beer experience while also being sustainable for the business, employees, environment, and community. And they deliver on it all. I got a flight to enjoy some of their more limited offerings. Munchin Pretzels: An Oktoberfest beer brewed with traditional German Malts and Hops. I get toasted bread malt character with a bit of sweetness, but rounded out by a hop bitterness. The malt profile is definitely the forefront and I wished I had a pretzel to go with it. Infinity Stuf: An Oatmeal Stout that they went all out with 100 pounds of Oreos. Nutty oatiness, chocolate, and medium fullness. I appreciate it not being a Pastry Stout, but still get lots of Oreo character. A Beer of Their Own: A Hoppy Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with a Bar Of Their Own in the Twin Cities. Tropical fruit forward - primarily melon and cantaloupe, with a nice finish. Stratarado: A Hoppy Pale Ale brewed with Strata and El Dorado (get the name?). Tropical fruit, pineapple, some sweetness on the tongue. Liked this one a lot. ______

It has such a fun atmosphere, but also a wide variety of great drinks!! I LOVED the seltzers, particularly the blueberry basil, but the peach hazy IPA and the Razz beer were also amazing! Also, their beers are on the stronger side so take note if you are trying to pace yourself! Now for the fun-- Blacklist also has axe throwing!! It is pretty affordable, too. It cost $100 for my group of 6 to play for an hour. The instructor was also super personable and helpful! He kept it safe but also super fun, and he was able to step in when someone needed help but hang out when we were doing okay on our own. He also ensured no one ever had an empty glass and everyone was having fun!! I would recommend Blacklist to absolutely anyone, and would totally come back when in Duluth!

I just wish I enjoyed their beer more.

The only small downside was that the Brussels sprouts were still a little undercooked for our taste, but everything else was excellent and more than made up for it. Very soft, hot pretzels, and the queso was thick and loaded with flavor. My husband had the Canal Park red lager and really enjoyed it. My main dish was the birria tacos, which were quite good but could have used more cheese. Salsa and chips were fine, too. My husband had jalapeño popper burger with fries, and really liked it.
