If you value your health and quality care, find another Chiropractic office. - More expensive than most practices in the area - Patients are treated rapid-fire. You'll be seen for 3 minutes, given a quick adjustment somewhere that may not even be related to your pain/cause of visit, billed and sent on your way. - Customer service is lacking. Becky is great, but there is another young woman at the front desk who is unprofessional. - I have been receiving adjustments for years, but have never experienced the level of nausea, soreness, or discomfort that I did after my visit. - When I called to get a copy of my x-rays so I could go to a different chiropractor, I was put on the phone with one of the x-ray techs who tried to convince me I needed to schedule another appointment to "not lose progress on my neck." Contacted their office to make an appointment & they said they had plenty of appointments available this week or next but I had to go online & fill out the Health Intake FIRST. I assumed that would trigger the appointment so I immediately filled it out including where it had a place to choose the appointment time/date that I wanted. Several days went by & nothing. That next week called them AGAIN & left a message that I was following up on the Survey I filled out ? In the meantime I was hurting so decided to schedule with another Chiropractor in Arlington. When they finally called back they made it ALL about me (!) saying I was the one who should have called THEM back AGAIN because the info I filled out on the Health survey was private & they don't see it, excuse me ???? 1. When a patient calls your office needing Chiropractic they may often be in pain & needing a timely follow up....not a 'run around the merry-go-round' experience in order to be seen.. 2. Being familiar with HIPPA patient privacy guidelines, why was my info not reviewed in a timely fashion by the Chiropractor first & then my phone number provided to the front office staff to follow up & contact me to confirm my appointment ? I did my job, followed their instructions, after that,...the ball is in their court....or you would think..... Considering the many years Dr Gaddis has been practicing in Lake Stevens this disconnect between doctor & office staff is unprofessional & quite frankly inexcusable. read more

I used to love Lake Stevens Chiropractic. I had been going there for over 20yrs. Dr. Clark, Dr. Gaddis, and Dr Castle were amazing. When the new owners took over I didn't mind having to get new X-rays (I pay out of pocket) but because it was a little over 6 months since my last visit they wanted to charge me another examination fee ($60) on top of the regular adjustment fee ($75). I had the X-rays done maybe a month before my last visit. I could understand if I had hurt myself or had been in an accident but I only needed regular maintenance. They should have an extensive history on me since I had been going there for so long and I have always only gone when I felt I was out of adjustment. I have not had any major trauma to my back (I do have slight whiplash from when I was a teenager, I'm now in my 50's) and it literally takes them less than 5 minutes to adjust me. I guess being a long time customer doesn't mean anything. So much for customer appreciation. I will be looking for a new chiropractor that appreciates my business. read more

Don't get me wrong, i love Dr gaddis however I'm never seen on time. It is the worst to make an appt and know you will have to wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. There needs to be better time management.. i will be finding a new chiropractor sadly. read more

Highly don't recommend this place. They force you to receive X-rays or else won't see you. I never had an accident or injury and X-rays are not indicated. We receive enough radiation and exposure as is and being forced to receive more or forfeiting being seen is not right. I have personal medical reasons for not receiving X-rays and most other locations allow patients to sign waivers to bypass them. The receptionist wasn't warm and friendly, very cold and uncaring of my needs. Holistic patient care is important to any treatment. read more

By far not the worse chiropractor nor the best I have ever been to. Dr Gaddis doesn't treat the whole spine. He has you hold your arms out to your side and if he can push it down he adjust only the neck. If he can't push it down then he does nothing. It all sounds logical when he explains it to you the first time, but not after multiple visits. I left feeling like I paid for nothing when Dr Gaddis couldn't push my arms down. They also don't do actual appointments. They book maybe 5 patients for the same time and you are seen in the order you signed in. So if you do choose to see Dr Gaddis, get there early! read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Gaddis for about 3 years now. I only wish I had gone to see him so much sooner! I was very hesitant to return to chiropractic care because I had such a bad experience before but with the care my husband got along with his results from being treated by Dr. Gaddis I gave it another whirl. I love to be in shape and fit however I have a back and neck that causes me a lot of pain and slowed me down along with being a chronic migraine sufferer I had a rough time doing what I love to do. After seeing Dr. Gaddis and listening to him I'm a highly active athlete once again. Dr.Gaddis is my main Dr. I see now and I'm so grateful to him for his kind and knowledgeable care and treatment. The staff is also the same, and I feel well taken care of. I recommend Dr.Gaddis wholeheartedly and coming from someone that was as stubborn as me that says a lot! read more

I'm so surprised to only see 2.5 stars! My entire family and I have been going to Dr. Gaddis for as long as I can remember. He adjusted me at a very young age and now has adjusted my 1 year old son a handful of times as well since he's been born. I cannot say enough good things about him. When my dad and mom throw out their backs so bad they can barely walk, he is the first one they call and they're always fully recovered quickly after their visit. He doesn't have (or probably need) and of the fancy gadgets that some offices have, and I love that. He's an old school chiropractor and he does his job well with integrity and love. I don't know what I'll do when he retires. He's the only one I trust and who has ever been able to fix me! Thank you Gaddis for everything you do! read more

Some helpful information for you all. Was seen here for an auto accident. Beware because they will send you home with all these supplies: ice packs, vitamins,wraps, lotions, etc., only to find out in the end that these items are not covered by the insurance. So yes, I was left a big bill for supplies that I really didn't need or use. And I'm sure they knew this. Mentioned to the receptionist today that they should let there patients know about these extra charges before hand and all she had to say was "ugh...ok?" read more

Michelle is Amazing. I went to her for a fall in a parking lot and I have yet to find another massage therapist where I felt so warm and welcomed than by her. I love the sounds and the tea tree that would always refeshen the air in the room and oh boy that warm bed! read more
