Fair price, courteous and polite, removed what I wanted. Frequent check ins. On time. What more could you ask for? Turns out I probably have another project for him... we ran out of time and steam last week, but I'm calling him again. Edit: Called him again. This time for a deck and raised garden. I asked him for some addresses of work he had done, and not just recent work either. He gave me about 10 houses all in a neighborhood near Catalpa and Woodward, ranging in age from 2006 on up. Each of their driveways still looked great! I had two other companies give us estimates. While both were slightly less than MitchCo's, both people showed up late for the estimate, looked sloppy, rushed through explaining things, and couldn't provide me with examples of their work. You get what you pay for and with MitchCo it was professional, thorough, quality work.
