We've been here a few times already and it's simple fun that can entertain adults and kids for hours. I went out of my way to drop off my application in person and when I called to check in they said they would have to look for it. This was at the end of May. I called almost a week later and was told by Celeste the person in charge of party rentals, that my application was lost. I asked multiple times if the date requested was still available. She went ahead and booked me June 7th. I made my payment that same week. I receive a confirmation email, I also received a reminder two days prior to the event. I went out of my way to buy balloon decor since we would be inside. I had a whole balloon garland, backdrop ordered. I had table covers dessert trays, food and table decor. So you could understand how DISTRAUGHT I felt when I received a call on June 28th around 2:45 pm 1 hour prior to our party to let me know that it was an error and I was double booked. They had over 2 weeks to notify me. I was then told that I would be refunded and that I could be outside at the tables. They didn't even offer me a private pavilion. I had to set up at a table next to the lazy river. My desserts? Melted and ruined. Party decor? Unable to return and all of the money I wasted will not be refunded. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning but I truly just wanted my 5 year old daughter to have a great party. Anyway please think twice or definitely be on top of your reservation because these people are unprofessional and don't care about your money or time. They will literally play with your livelihood and refuse to talk to you after. I was told I'd need to send an email because the managers are too busy. Please do better and be considerate of people and their families. You would be upset if it happened to one of you. Completely unacceptable to say the least.

They do an 10 minute adult swim after every 50 minute kids swim, which is great because it makes the kids come out for water and sunscreen. The snack shack is usually stocked with snack and drinks galore, and everything is a dollar. The lifeguards build relationships with the families and it's a great environment and little community. I love that there's a beach volleyball court, foosball table, ping pong table, and an are to just run in the grass. And guests of members only pay $5 to get in.

It's definitely a fun place to spend the day with kids of all ages. The food was surprisingly good! I highly recommend the chicken tenders and fries. They had great flavor. My only SMALL downsides was the bar experience. The drinks are extremely overpriced for what you get, and the male bartenders during our visit were not very welcoming AT ALL it felt like you were bothering them to ask for a drink. They would probably do better serving drinks away from the public. Meanwhile the female staff were genuinely friendly and pleasant. (couldn't remember names) The overall experience was still pretty cool. It's a fun escape in the middle of Dallas and a great place to unwind for the day. We also used the sauna in the spa area which was A1 would recommend utilizing all of the great amenities as a hotel guest. Bottom line this is our new go-to spot for a staycation or when family is town.

The pool is divided by toddler swim area and a section for experienced swimmer to swim laps. The most fun part for children is the slide but you have to be at least 48 inches tall (and I guess they are very strict about it). As I watched a mother complain that her son can't go down the slide even though he has been allowed some other times. There are always life guards present making sure everyone is safe. The water is pretty clean given it's a public pool (cleaner than some community pools in the neighborhood). Entrance fee is 3$ for residents and 5$ for non. Can't beat that price!! I really enjoyed coming here with our children. My boys age from 10-3 all loved it. Although I could see older children getting bored easily as the highlight of this pool is just one big slide.
