The therapist had air pods in and I could hear her alternative rock rather than the relaxing music. She couldn't hear me when I asked her to do it deeper and kept saying "what" and not hearing me. She spent 10 minutes just patting my shoulder to the beat of her music. She ran out when it was done and I never saw her again. There were people in the waiting room so I left and called the receptionist to say how bad it was and asked for a manager to call me. The manager was going to call me that day and never did. I called the next day and explained it all. She spoke to my therapist who said yes, she did have air pods in and the reason she didn't do deep tissue is she felt I didn't need it. Wait-she didn't discuss this with me! The manager told me she would give me a massage at a discounted rate instead of refunding the entire thing. I said I wanted a full refund as my need was then and I don't know when I will need another massage. She told me she had a phone meeting with the owner that day right after our call and she would call me right after. I never heard from her and gave her a day. I called the next day and she told me the owner will give me a free massage instead of a refund. I said when you get bad food do you want to go back there again? No. I want to cut ties and get a refund. She told me that wasn't possible. I was told the owner is gone for two weeks and I asked she have the owner call me open her return. I said I wanted this cleared up or I will write a review and her to give me the refund. She said she can't do that. What manager doesn't have the ability to give a refund if the owner is out of town? She told me she didn't appreciate me threatening her by saying I would write a review. WHAT? She clearly doesn't understand what threatening someone is. I am merely doing what is right and warning you all of the customer service there. The receptionist was lovely though. Let's see if the owner calls me on Sept 6 when she returns. Nancy F.

Chandra has a combination of a desire to help her clients feel better along with an uncanny ability to discover knots, tightness and problem areas like no other. I've bounced around trying to find a great LMT over the years and once in a while I found someone really good and stuck with them for a period. I've gotten massage mostly in the States but also while traveling thru Canada, Prague, Paris, Berlin... I've found that on average, LMT's seem to be the best overall here at home. But Chandra is simply the BEST I've found, anywhere!
