Carnegie Food Hub is a collection of virtual kitchens in a pick-up and delivery setting. It is a pretty cool setup. Your order online or inside the establishment and then you pick up your order. The chicken tacos (2) were expensive with no flavour but they were very filling though (corn and rice and lettuce were my toppings). SERVICE (5/5) -- After I placed my order, I realized that I selected sour cream as a topping which was by accident because I hate sour cream so I asked a worker to tell the cook to not put sour cream in my tacos and they gladly helped me. I couldn't get my $1 back though because I had already paid (sour cream is $1 extra). There were several restaurants open, which gave me soooo many options. I ended up with a decadent lunch of Lobster Ravioli and Garlic Bread. The kiosk was very user friendly and required you name and number. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. When my food was ready it is placed in a numbered locker and I received a text. I just opened a link on my phone and the locker popped open. It was very futuristic and fun. There is one bench to sit and wait for your food, but no additional seating. This is only carry out. The Carnegie Food Hub is in a great location between The Cleveland Clinic and Downtown. There is off street parking and the building is easy to access. Lunch was very good. The garlic bread was amazing. I would like to try other restaurant in the Hub.
