It was easy to sign up, they communicated with me quickly, the Introduction classes were so informative and key and Coach Colin was super patient and attentive to me. Then because of my schedule I joined the 6am class with Coach Louise and it's been sooo good. She makes sure I understand what I'm suppose to do and challenges me to give my best. The other members I workout with are also so helpful and encouraging. I'm proud to say I feel healthier than ever before. I am so glad I found this community to be a part of. Coaches will push you, Coaches will hold you accountable, Coaches will teach you, Coaches will tell you things you don't want to hear but end of the day the decision is YOURS to be coachable and want to be better, feel better and love better. So if you have a bad attitude and want to just workout by yourself then this may not be your home but I look forward to the family and community I am apart of and thankful for. If it wasn't for the community and the coaches telling me to push harder go faster then I'd still be over 400lbs. This is something you need to want not be forced onto you. Yet here I am, stronger, more capable, and actually excited to push myself in ways I never believed I could. But the best part? The community. The friendships I've made here have genuinely become like family. These are the people who cheer you on and show up not just for you, but alongside you. It's rare to find a place that builds not just athletes, but connections and confidence too. If you're even thinking about trying something new or looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and quite literally change your life, I can't recommend this gym enough.
