Triston was super kind as this was my first time at Lake Sumter. He signed my sister and myself in and gave us the rundown with a tour. There's ample parking with many parking lots to choose from, at every angle. It's located in The Villages with many restaurants in the area and a Barnes and Noble. I am considering going OTF because I did enjoy the class and the amount of calories burnt. There's various Times to choose from for whichever time schedule you preferred. I worked out with Renee and it was a great time. PLUS the other classmates were SUPER encouraging and that made me think of this is the community I want to be in. Alexis offered the class essential oils to elevate the days session, and was very encouraging during her cues and instruction. The vibe was very calming and uplifting and I left feeling better than I did when I first came into the gym. This was also my first time coming to Burn Bootcamp after seeing pics and hearing about it from others online. The facility was easy to find via GPS and has plenty of parking out front. The waivers are available via QR code at the front desk to minimize contact and make the check in process faster for first time attendees. The space is large and has a nice sprung carpet floor which was great for the headstands we did in the yoga class. This gym offers many different group fitness classes and has lot of equipment for the various types of workouts. They also offer child care services, which I didn't utilize this time I was there, but it was nice to know it's available if I need/want it. The rest of the staff was friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome as a first time guest. Thanks to James (JC) and Stephanie I am a new person, since my weight is now 255 lbs. I have to say it was not an easy job as I am 37 yrs old and belong to the Junkie generation, yes, those that love fast foods and Doritos with a Coca Cola. I am writing this review because I am grateful of my personal trainers as they help me get my life back. I now feel alive and even thou my job keeps me on stress most of the time and my economy has been in the edge, I learned to do wise choices, like bring an apple from home instead than getting those nasty Doritos out of the snack machine. I am not a Gym lover either. I am a great believer that God place angels in your way, and JC has been one for me, he is not and ordinary personal trainer, he is a lifestyle trainer, which means that he help you develop not only your muscle with the fitness classes, but also reduce your body fat and lose weight by giving you life changing advices.
