The staff was really kind and helpful. We wanted to get glasses, and they let us try a few before deciding. I didn't love any of the wines, but it was also 92 degrees out and I was pretty thirsty so that could have impacted my perception of them. I will say, glass prices are steep here. Our white wines were about $18 per glass. We sat on the lower lawn on couches in the shade and enjoyed live music. It was SO lovely! This is such a beautiful spot- just far enough out to be quiet and surrounded by nature without being so far off the road that it's hard to get to.

We really enjoy learning and experiencing wines from all over the world. We visited 7 different wineries annd enjoyed many of them but have to say, this one is our favorite. First, the greeting and welcome were wonderful. Andrea was lovely. My favorite thing to do is ask a lot of questions about wine and their process. She answered every question and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. You can tell it's a great place to work. Second, the wine. They specialize in Rhône varietals and what really makes them stand out is their use of concrete in the wine making process. Their Grenache Blanc and concrete Syrah are outstanding! All of their wines are beautiful. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

The Grenache was by far my favorite - it was perfectly balanced with a smooth palate. A very close second was the Viognier. Danielle was our wine pourer and she was a gem - very personable and friendly. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in my wine club membership. I knew after my first two tastings I had found my new favorite spot and I cannot wait to come back next time we're in town and take advantage of the members patio. I don't even know how the explain the size of the tasting- maybe 1/3 of an ounce? It's easier to tell in the photos. There wasn't even a stopper on the bottle, that was the amount the tasting room associate chose to give us. She must have known it was small because she came out with our second pour like 30 seconds later. All the pours were this size. The tasting was $16 for four pours and I don't even think we got 1.5oz of wine total. I was also frustrated because we weren't told what wines we were drinking or given a menu. At the very end we were given menus with about 12-15 wines on them and had no idea which 4 we had tried. I think the girl was new, but it was still really weird. I have tasted at many many wineries and found this one to be very very stingy. We do not feel like we learned anything about the wine or the winery and have no idea if we like the wine because we barely got a sip in. We were also the only people there on a Friday, so I have no idea why our service was so limited. I also figured the 16 bottle purchase we were picking up might have waived a tasting or gotten us a bonus pour, but they were pretty stingy with us. I feel like we were polite and eager to learn about the wines and am really confused where the disconnect was. I was surprised to see all the great reviews after our experience, so maybe we just went on an off day or the person was still in training.
