Ronnie, who did the repair, was skilled and professional and easy to work with. He readily diagnosed the problem and managed to work around some unexpected issues that were due to a faulty installation many years ago. The cost was perhaps a bit above what I might have expected, but the cost of just about everything has gone up in recent years so perhaps my expectation was unrealistic. And I appreciated that I was not asked to pay more than the original estimate notwithstanding the unexpected added time it took to overcome the issues mentioned above. Finally, considering the overall quality of the work done I consider what I paid represented good value. I will definitely consider Mr. Appliance for any future appliance repairs.

I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

Today the tech came out and serviced the refrigerator, stove and checked washing machine seals. Jason offered to stop by at 8am on Monday morning to take a look. He walked in on the first day of camp for 3 kids so my house was pure chaos (sorry Jason!), but he got right to work and fixed the washer after identifying the issue was a string caught from one of my 15. year olds bikinis. It's always the kids who seem to break the applicances. They were very responsive, right on time and got the job done. 5 stars for that!
