Uggghh my oven quit working over the long Thanksgiving weekend. D called Kel's on Monday morning. He was booked solid after the long weekend, but came out on Wednesday morning. It ended up being the ignitor switch for the oven. He replaced the switch and my oven was back in business. So happy we called Kel's. I really wasn't looking forward to buying a new oven. Found this guy on Angie's list. He is a local man from Lawrence. He came the next day and found a simple metal nut had evidently been in my pocket of some jeans in the dryer. It had lodged somewhere in the mechanism and was making a loud noise. I thought the dryer was toast. Now works perfectly. Highly recommended, will use again. read more
