The staff were also super nice and helpful, and we couldn't resist getting some of their homemade cookies that were absolutely delicious. If they have the cherry cookies while you're there, grab one! Heck, grab five and enjoy one while you're strolling down the strip of unique shops, just make sure you finish before you head into the little art gallery and gift shop, which is also a must-see!

It looked like it was undergoing renovations to add on a restaurant but had a grocery/food co op in the back. The building sorta looks like a SA Dry Dock or something. But don't judge a book by it's cover! Since we were on a road trip, we weren't eating out so much, mainly packing semi healthy snacks. The grocery shop is quaint but has a lot of fun stuff (though it was lacking in the hummus department). I didn't grab much but what really grabbed my attention was the small selection of pastries and breads in front. I know I said we were getting healthy snacks but OMG the french croissant with the small bit of dark chocolate center was to die for. Turns out all the fresh bakery items are made in Marfa by some lady and sold at Blue Water. One of the only good things to come out of Marfa, I'm sure.

There's a small beer and wine section, a small produce section, and of course they have plenty of pre packaged food and drinks in the back. They had pet food and gardening stuff in the front too. It's nice to have a little place like this in Study Butte for the community; I'd bet if you go a little farther eg into Terlingua there are other spots but this grocery store is like less than 10 mins from the entrance to big bend so it's very convenient if you need to pick something up on the way in or out of the park!
