Joshua responded almost immediately to my request. He was kind, professional, courteous, and…read moredidn't shame me for the fact I know less than dirt about electrical work. We thought we needed a massive wiring job to get a level 2 charger installed in our garage. Joshua took time to talk on the phone about the job, asked great questions beforehand, then came out the next business day to look at the install job and give me a quote. He counselled us OUT of doing the work, and for that, I'm SO GRATEFUL. he could have easily just talked about the necessity of the job, and I wouldn't have known better. But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. And, I'll be telling everyone I know about him, for sure. Plus, he's a family guy, loves his wife daughter and talks about them with lots of love and pride. To me, that goes a long, long way when I think about who I want to support with my money.

Very dissatisfied! He was at my house for approximately 40minutes and charged an absurd price!!…read moreMany many issues here !! Make sure to have him explain EVERYTHING about his pricing 'flat rate for the job' or else you will be accused of not asking questions (whether you did or not). Make sure to have him discuss with you anything questionable before he makes his 'executive decision' and fixes something in a way that doesn't even make sense based upon the facts then charges you for HIS fix. Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. He initially agreed that he should have asked first but later went back and wasn't willing to accept his piece when he spoke with my husband. Just not a good experience at all!

I trusted this company after a pretty good installation of a hot water heater. I try to stay away from furnace repair as I don't want to risk messing with it. I assume everything's good. Fast forward to one of the coldest nights of the year. No heat. I get a furnace tech out to check out what's wrong... 1. The filter was old and had never been changed. 2. There's a dime drilled to the surface of the furnace with wires running off it. Not their fault, but a heads up something was wrong would have been nice. 3. There was a level of soot that could not have been accumulated from November-January. Months and months worth falling from the flue to the floor behind the unit. Again, if they couldn't handle it, THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME, AND I WOULD HAVE PAID SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT. The furnace repair tech said it looked like no cleaning had ever taken place. My house was in danger of catching fire because I trusted a company to clean my furnace, and instead someone came downstairs and did...nothing? For an hour. They put my house in danger. I am livid.
