We are eternally grateful to have worked with Katy to sell our house, she made a daunting first time experience into a smooth process even when there were hang ups along the way. If we ever return to the area we will reach out to Katy to see if she can help us in any future real estate processes. We highly recommend working with her, she was truly invaluable and wonderful for us as first time sellers.

The AHEAD property where I live is a former high school in Berlin, NH, and I have been living here…read morefor 10 years. It is specifically dedicated to seniors 65 and older. It's within walking distance to downtown Berlin's library, city hall, and shopping too. AHEAD has a skilled maintenance team, and I've found them to be very responsive to any of my infrequent reports of needed maintenance over the years. They also offer a 24-hour maintenance reporting service. Management has executive personnel with appointed hours, on the property, including someone assigned to assist in coordinating tenants with outside, needed services. There's an outdoor area with raised beds for gardening, as well as a nice pergola with shade and a gas grill that we can use at will. I'm delighted to be living here.

Apartments look fine, but once you move in ,you realize that everything is cosmetic and management…read morewill repair just about nothing. Cigarette smoke is prevalent and overbearing, and again, management are slow to respond and threatens complainers with "harassment" instead of earnestly going after smokers. The heat works "Overtime," and can stay in the eighties for days, inspite of turning it down. Sewage is an issue as management waits until things backup to call for it to be emptied. The noise from pipe expansion overtakes the television. Accommodations are ignored, even when approved. Their favorite words are, "Continued...anything..."are a lease violation" and that is how they make residents back down from complaints. Staff are overbearing, if not downright scary to the elderly. People live in fear of being kicked out. It's unhealthy here.

I tried to write this review for months, but I couldn't find the words that would do this man justice. Hands down: TIM IS THE BEST! Don't bother going anywhere else in The North Country. The price is worth every penny. I asked for him to put together a cabin kit and he custom designed a dream home, and even made me extra goodies he knew I would love, while helping me and my new home journey with tips, tricks, and check-ins. Tim is always looking out for me and helped me find connections outside of his scope. I could not have asked for a better contractor and now friend. Thanks, Tim for putting up with me. Now you're stuck with me.

It was a short wait to have them installed, but they came when promised, worked efficiently, and left our yard clean and damage free. I ordered the Farmhouse base in white oak with Rubio Monocoat finish and the EasyBase system. The…read moreproduct arrived in thee weeks, and Charlie Somers from customer service answered all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. The base is quality solid wood, and there are one or two character voids and cracks. The EasyBase took less than 10 minutes to put together, and the mortise and tenon joins and blocks were perfectly cut. The first thing I would note is that the provided mounting screws were too short for my 1.5" black walnut top, and the screw heads barely fit in the apron mounting slots. The second thing I would like to see is the option for leveling feet. Overall, I would recommend Table Legs to anyone looking for a fair discounted price for quality American-made solid wood legs and bases.
