MAURICE CHALOUX is a very shady realtor. we negotiated for over a week and came to an agreed upon…read moreprice for a home. we had already filled out the paperwork for the sales agreement. the day he and his client were supposed to sign, he showed the house to another buyer and accepted their offer on the spot. no chance to negotiate, he does not believe in negotiating in good faith or honoring his word. this place of business has no morals. we agreed to a their price and terms and then he sold it from under us. thats just dirty business. shameful.
