In the process of tearing up the flawed floor, our brand new drywall was damaged and their attempt to fix it was lousy at best. The representative who came out even said he was concerned about losing money on the job. When we withheld payment until the drywall was fixed, we were threatened with litigation. Very heavy rain on the week of July14th never had a problem before…read more Had water damage in the basement with half of it finished and carpeted/ I called late on Tuesday afternoon, got a call back later that night with a promise of a team being dispatched the next morning they were there at 7:30 in the morning setting up dehumidifiers and air movers , ripping out the carpet and let the blowers run for 3 day. Very quick to respond and courteous did the job in a very professional manner. Since this was not covered by insurance (flood) this was out of pocket and it seems to be a very fair price for work provided.
