From start to finish, the process of designing and purchasing a shed was seamless, and the level of care and attention to detail that Pete and his daughter, Rosalyn, provided went far beyond any expectations. Not only did they deliver a beautiful, well-constructed shed, but they truly went the extra mile to make sure it was absolutely perfect. My gravel pad wasn't level, so Pete brought out his bobcat and went to work making sure the pad was perfectly level before placing the shed. When one of the doors didn't close quite as smoothly as Pete would have liked, he didn't hesitate. He removed the door, took it back to their shop for adjustments, and returned to reinstall it that same day. This kind of dedication is unmatched! The value also far exceeds any other options. We got an estimate from 3 different highly recommended fencing companies in the area (around Burlington VT), and were blown away by Hawk Creek Fence. Their level of professionalism was the best by far, they were extremely friendly, their price was very good and they clearly understood what it takes to run a successful business. One of the best things about Hawk Creek was how flexible they were throughout the entire process. We explained what we wanted in a fence and they were able to create exactly what we wanted. We had multiple changes that we asked for in the weeks leading up to the install and they were very quick to respond with updated plans and quotes. Annemarie and Andre were both excellent at communicating whenever we had questions and even took the time to come back to lay out exactly where the fence was going to go and help me figure out the details on the permit (and call digsafe). To top it all off, they came and installed the fence the day hurricane Sandy was hitting even though it was very windy. They stayed the entire day to get the job done (probably 12 hours), and the fence turned out AMAZING. Not even a hurricane is going to take this fence down. After working with Annemarie, Andre and the entire crew at Hawk Creek Fence, there is no reason I would ever choose another fence company to work with. He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it.
