From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Soon thereafter, Hannah, the physician assistant, greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. She was vibrant, personable, and immediately put me at ease.After the usual check-in and a quick weight check, we talked about my health, etc. I was impressed! Then I met Erin Bursey, and she exceeded every expectation. Erin walked into the room with a warm smile, took the time to understand why I was there, and truly listened. She asked thoughtful questions, had already reviewed my history and test results beforehand (as had Hannah), and offered insightful information and practical solutions I hadn't expected. I never felt rushed. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Was the most positive medical interaction I can recall. It's rare to find a healthcare team that combines professionalism, preparation, and compassion so effortlessly. I'm grateful I made the switch back and will gladly follow Erin and the team to their new office in Topsfield. My visit was an absolute pleasure, and it's wonderful to be back. Knowledgeable, caring and above beyond in caring for my ongoing individual needs. I was lucky to find another NP Molly, who displays the same skills as Stephanie. She is personable, intently listens , and is very proactive , quickly offering solutions to my issues. When I have blood drawn, this specialist is the best! In the past year, I have found the new front desk and checkout staff to be personable and professional. i am very happy with my care at Family Medicine when I call for appointments, questions or refills , the response is quick, and I can get in quickly If there is a medical issue.

Some of the NPs are sharp and caring, but some are impatient and condescending. My doctor, though a nice guy, was inattentive and didn't really process what I was saying to him or order the tests that were specific to my conditions. Things fell through the cracks with the staff, and the wait times to get through to the practice by phone was often very long -- until recently, around an hour. There are better doctors and better practices. Go elsewhere for your healthcare.

I had called in December 2025 specifically to ask if they would be taking this plan and they said they would which is why I signed up for that plan. Now I'm left with no PCP and it's almost impossible to find a PCP that will take new patients. Stay away from FMA they don't care about their patients!
