He is very accesible and really listens to your matter. He is quick and efficient. His office staff is very respectul and they ALWAYS pick up the phone. U actually talk to real people and not bots or computerized voices. i have nothing againist technology but its great when a real person answers your call. Honestly if you are looking for good honest and fair representation, you should give them try. This office has always delivered for me and I think they will for you too. i dont think you will regret.

Never does for his client. Comes drunk to court or hungover. Forgot the case file & borrowed shoes…read morefrom a assistant. This dude is a court appointed attorney in federal court. Yet charges 20k for a case. Im sorry but but for whatever reason a nfr would hire a attorney that is over working for free clients & putting paying ones on the back burner is not good representation. My personal opinion, I believe this guy has lunch and dinner with the federal prosecutors. I think that he will trade and get plea bargains, instead of put the work in to be the case that is beatable. I have seen this with my own eyes. Save your money, do not pay for something you could do better. Yourself, I promise you this from the bottom of my heart. This guy is not a good lawyer, by any means at all.

Best OVI cases attorney ever! 3 months ago I saw my life went down...got arrested in a car accident…read morefor 2 OVI charges...an open container offense. I have a CDL. It was also Friday night...had only till next Tuesday to appear at the court. I did some research and found about Mr Dominy...I called right away. Got the best ear and help I really wanted even during a week end!! The case went to court and I put a plea not guilty. After a lot work most of charges were dismissed, one OVI charge and the second one was amended for a physical control. Got my license back first day at the court. No points taken from my driver license. Mr. Dominy supported me trough the whole time with his time and big knowledge about OVI cases.
