In lieu, I lost over 200k from a seperate, prior settlement I was awarded for physical damages. How did physical damages become marital asset subject to division? He then dodged me in meetings and denied me appealing that devastating loss. Jon didnt do anything to ensure I received even my family photos and personal files. For 8 years, I got nothing I was entitled to and ordered to have. Jon is a con man and a disgrace to the profession, in my experience and opinion. Never pay this guy in advance or even consider hiring him if you want fair and equal justice. Then he looked at the court records on these two guys in question and said that there was conflicting interest so I said well thanks for wasting my time and he arrogantly exclaimed same after I left I got to thinking he is trying to stall because they were clients of his or the firm hoping to get past the statue of limitations so in short, I believe he was trying to win the case for them by stalling and trying to talk me out of it I believe it is extremely unethical to lead me to believe that he would represent me, but was only trying to keep me from suing his clients-and if I could prove it, it would probably be grounds for disbarment well for him.
