I scheduled a phone consult with Mark Babb. He never called. I called his direct line to ask about rescheduling, and also left a message with his office, but no one called me back. I was polite and had legitimate legal issues and questions. If he didn't think my case was worthwhile, his staff shouldn't have scheduled it, or at least someone should have called to cancel, or apologize, or something.
