I don't know if this particular location/kiosk is currently open, though I know the Lagkagehuset franchise is taking safety measures at all their stores. Hopefully, this will be helpful later on even if not now.
They seem to get their delivery of baked goods for the day sometime after 9:30 but before noon. We were transferring through Copenhagen Airport and I was specifically kept on eye this kiosk as soon as we landed because this was my last chance to get Lagkagehuset's strawberry cake. And unlike their other locations, the labels are in English. Conveniently located in the crossroads between a bunch of gates and just outside the international terminal.
Lagkagehuset (translated to Cake House) is a Danish chain bakery and coffee shop with dozens of locations across Denmark. They have a wide variety of bread loaves, rolls, and buns, including the famous Danish Rye sourdough. There's pastry, bread, sandwiches, salads, handheld pizzas, coffee, and hot chocolate, which makes it great for breakfast, brunch, or a little lunch. In the time I was around the kiosk, there was a consistent heavy flow of foot traffic. So if you're in a rush, there's a chance it might not be a quick pick me up if you're going out of your way and short on time.
Their sausage rolls are great for breakfast and the marshmallow puffs weren't as sweet as I thought it would be. But my foremost favorite REMAINS to be that strawberry cake, which I'm so glad I could get then carry onto the plane with me. XD A nice treat for that 12-hour flight. read more
