She seemed completely disinterested in understanding what had happened or finding a reasonable solution, and appeared far more focused on managing the football event than addressing the experience of customers who were already seated inside. Had someone simply told us when we arrived, "Your entire party needs to be here before the event starts or they may not be allowed in," we would have made other arrangements and had our family dinner elsewhere.
