A crystal store where people expected normal and got something different? Sounds like my kind of place, and now I am SO GLAD I made this choice and took this chance. This place has a very different energy or vibe to it. It's not a cut and clean department store. It's earthy. It's hippy. It's vibing hard. One lady was singing her heart out, walking around the store at random, Another lady was making custom jewelry. Someone was lovingly setting up displays, and another someone was on a watch fixing mystery- asking the others questions and getting input every now and then. later some regulars walked in and were embraced with welcomes and joy. (Prices were not on everything but on quite a bit, they were pricing things as I was there, and honestly it's so easy just to ask) I was greeted upon arrival, and again when I hadn't left an hour later because they thought I'd just come in, it is truly a place to get lost in! Iv honestly never seen such a beautiful and immense selection of crystals, oddities, and rocks. They had me at hello- the entrance was amazing. The prices were fair. Huge selection of beads, spheres, rings, raw and polished crystals, magnets, necklaces, animals, and ohhhhh my the salt lamps! Iv never seen so many all at once! Tiny to giant- they were a sight! Plants were scattered around the space, I didn't even have time to explore the cases of jewelry. I could have easily spent another 3 hours here. Originally bought our camper at Camping World 5 years ago. Have had nothing but bad experiences…read morewith their service department since. Had to have some work done this year ( water pump wasn't working). Took it to Weekend RV, they told me they were about 2 weeks out in the service department, due to the fact its November and everyone is needing winterization. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for a new water pump to be installed. Turns out the tech got the old pump working and 7 days later my camper was ready for pickup. My bill was less than $100 and that was with a new door key I requested. I feel like most dealers would have just replaced it anyway because i had authorized the work, but Weekend RV didn't. Everyone that I have talked to there was very professional and personable, the staff is awesome and obviously puts customer service a priority over the evil dollar. Today we needed a regulator for my fathers camper, neither big box stores had one in stock, called Weekend RV and it was in stock and almost 20% cheaper. From now on they have all my families business and this important to us because we average 30 plus nights a year at various racing events and are always boone docking. Highly recommended dealer

We bought our first camping trailer in Nashville. It was a used Rockwood trailer, just a year old, and the previous owners obviously had not used it much because it was a perfect starter camper. Our first year, we traveled over 6,000 trouble-free miles and the RV bug hit. We were hooked. We also have three cats, so it was important that they be able to come with us. During that first summer, we visited 17 states and Alberta, Canada. When we came home, we began to ask fellow RV'ers what dealership they would go to for regular service and intermittent problems. We got several suggestions, but when we went to the dealer, we were less than impressed, and surprising so when we went to one of the larger name familiar dealers. Finally, one of my work associates told me about Weekend RV. He was totally sold on their service and so I made an appointment for a routine service and boy am I glad I did. Even though I did not buy my trailer from Weekend RV, they treated me like family -- a real rarity nowadays. I was ecstatic; I had found my RV specialists in a big way. And I cannot say enough about their service, their knowledge, their friendly staff and their reasonable prices. I've dropped by on a number of occasions and they already know my name! Kind of like Cheers! Haha! Last week, while preparing for another 4,000 mile snow bird trip to Phoenix, I went to Weekend RV to inquire about some minor issues with my camper. What I never intended, however, was to set my eyes on another Rockwood that was 2021 model. It was a beauty, complete with a fireplace!! I couldn't believe the price. Even without my trade in, it was an absolute steal. So much better than any other RV dealers within a 467 mile radius. The deal was made, the paperwork will be signed on Monday, and we'll be cruising along the long and winding road, in our new Rockwood trailer.

My daughter's custom wedding dress was altered in all the wrong ways by a seamstress in Alaska, leaving us desperate for a fix. We had two days before her wedding after travelling from out of town to get the dress fixed. Elizabeth heard of our dilemma and reached out with an offer to help. In those two days, we had 3 fittings and gradual changes until the result was better than the original dress! Despite the short turn-around, they were content with nothing less than exactly what we wanted in every respect. Elizabeth and Alexis are a dynamic team of expertise when it comes to creative solutions, fitting, and sewing. They put on an invisible 7-point bustle that was perfect for the dress. In between working on the dress, they fixed a second dress for the night before event. The prices are quite reasonable, but the results are exceptional. I guarantee that no wedding dress boutique in Knoxville (or anywhere for that matter) will give the amount of time and thought to a wedding dress fitting than Seams Like Magic does!

But sometimes, just every so often, things don't synch up the way they ideally should. I live paycheck to paycheck, unexpected costs come up, prices fluctuate. And sometimes things are great, I have a lil' more than I need be it food, books, toiletries... I first leaned of this place a few years back. It intrigued me. I've loaded it up, I've filled it with food products, and I've shelved it with fresh literature. I've left beverages and cat food. And there are times I've returned to acquire such things when I find myself just a day or two short on funds or food. This isn't often at all, but it's been the matter of having a warm dinner vs nothing at all. A box of Mac and cheese, and maybe a can of beans, or whatever. I plan on swinging by tomorrow to drop off a delivery, a mix of things, as thanks to the Blessing Box. This is community right here.

Oatmeal for a good, filling breakfast. Sometimes, I slip a little toy in there. (Living, isn't all about food, you know.) I've seen canned goods, dried goods, even a colour book or two!
