After purchasing an older house in a mountainous area, I was inconvenienced and hampered from being able to begin cleaning due to multiple pieces of old, heavy furniture and a few other items left behind by the previous owner. Being older and disabled and unable to lift anything but the smallest items, and with the house being located high on a hill, I sought help and called a few local removal services. However, the estimates that I received were startling, and job availability needed to be scheduled days away. But after calling Ditch-It Junk Removal (located an hour away from my location!), he gave me a reasonable, lower price (not an estimate), and informed me that he could do the job that same day and would arrive at a specific time! After initial difficulty locating me in such a hard-to-find location (not his fault), he kept in constant communication and soon arrived and immediately went to work! Wow! I was impressed! Though it was nearly 90 degrees and humid, they pressed on until they quickly and neatly completed the job. I can't recommend Ditch-It highly enough. Things were falling apart with our move and we contacted Ditch-It at 830 pm the night before we were supposed to leave. I was so grateful to be able to get ahold of someone at that time of night. Their 24 hour service is amazing! We spoke with Frederick and he assured us he would be able to make it out the next day. He showed up on time with willing hands and a big smile. He was professional, helpful and a hard worker. We had to call him back the day of the move to remove some boxes and trash. I had a pile of junk sitting out back for way too long and kept telling myself, I'll get to it! I finally made the call to try and schedule for the upcoming weekend but they told me they could make it out to my place in 20 minutes for the estimate. The guy came out to look at the pile and broke down the pricing to me and it felt like he was keeping it real with me. He told me he could be back with his trailer and have everything gone today. And that's exactly what he did, he pulled up with his truck and had the area cleared and clean in about 20 minutes!
